too funny

One more parable sinks in the book of truths! Yeah…

I can’t believe that someone would build this and more importantly there are people that would pay to see it. Oh well, whatever floats your boat, I guess.

This is a false story that TBP decided to put out there as truth. I guess the MSM has nothing on you since their desire is to misrepresent and distort the truth. Keep up the good work of pushing fiction.

Methinks that story falls into the category of spoof. Ever hear of The Onion?
Did you notice that this was from Via Knuckledraggin ?

Could be an obvious example of Onion style satirical humor.

Plausible deniability, that sort of thing.

The old testament is a crock of shit and should be tossed into the wastebasket.

Retarded doesn’t begin to describe the Ark story. It was a Parable and a pretty bad one at that. Yet there are people out there who believe it has happened. Even though there is no way Noah had time to dig up all the fossilized dinosaurs and put them on boat. Maybe he thought about doing it but was vetoed by Mrs. Ark fearing that loading ship with all that rock would sink it.

The woman in this video is either

1) brain damaged

or

2) part of a cult.

You guys decide..

Oh but wait, according to the woman in video, they were walking the earth 5000 years ago. I wonder how Noah fed Tyrannosaurus Rex for the forty days on the boat. Maybe he lobbed a couple of unicorns into the pens as An hors d’oeuvre to keep them happy.

Yeah that fucking makes sense.

Maybe I will write an addendum to the book of truths.

The Book of Rob

Ark Edition….

You seem to feel threatened by this Ark “parable”.

Why?

WTF are you talking about? What does Noah have to do with dinosaurs?

Watch the video WIP.

The creation museum has dinosaurs in it. These beasts according to those folks roamed the earth 5000 years ago. I am just making fun of the proposition. They weren’t on the boat and I am pretty confident in saying we both know that. Maybe they were wiped out in the flood. Maybe. Or maybe the dinosaurs still walk the earth. They just grew feathers and ended up in a bucket of KFC. I don’t mind reading the bible for sage advice but taking literally the parables presented as historical seems not a wise use of the brain god gave us all. It is also dangerous, I think. That man driving the truck in Nice went to his death with the assurance of an Imam somewhere that he was going to heaven.

But are we Christians any better. I say things to stir the pot. But the gut reaction is the same either way. Something along the lines of “how dare you say that about my god”. On another post I answered a question about the God of new and old testament. Why one was a mean (Jewish God) the other benevolent (Greek God). I said that the reason God turned from vain and vengeful into a reasonably nice guy was because he “bumped” into Mary and had a kid. I think if God exists then he would, based on the preponderance of evidence, have to agree with me. Wouldn’t you agree?

Getting back to the original caption and picture of universe in that post I find it a lesson in humility. That we are not all that important in the grand scheme of things. Logically there is no way we could be special given the size and scope of universe.

Instead of casting our eyes to heavens we are building an Ark several hundred miles from an ocean. Seems like a waste of time to me.

But that is just my opinion.

Why anon?

Well that is real easy to answer.

Ignorance and stupidity scares me. It is how a man mows down a bunch of Infidels, killing over 80 people, and somehow thinks that he is doing right by his sky daddy. I heap scorn on this woman and this ark because I want to and because I can. Just because it was written in a book by a backward tribe of people a couple thousand years ago doesn’t give this fucked up story a pass on ridicule.

The beginning of eternity for another follower of the God of Abraham.

Is that why North Korea, China and other communist states that officially forbid it are such great places to be living?

Are all officially Atheist States also better than all religious ones?

And, of course, when people talk negatively about “religion” in a discussion as an evil they really mean they hate Christianity not religion (this discussion regards Christianity and draws the anti Christians out).

North Korea and China are shitty places because they are communist. All they did there was replace idols. Kicking to the curb the sky daddy and replacing it with a man. The same logic is used in either case.

There is a reason why the propaganda of Hermit Kingdom follows same tired and tested programming. Replace Kim Il Sung with Jesus in above poster and what was political is now religious.

As far as I am concerned they are the same thing.

Rob! That could be Trump in the poster with loyal Trumpeteers clutching The Art of the Deal.
Notice they put the red from his hat and a corona derived from his golden mane.
OMG, how exciting!
