Question of the Day, VP Debate

Did anyone watch that debacle of a debate last night? What are your thoughts? Is interrupting 70 times a good strategy?

Mike – you are right on the money. I couldn’t stand the persistent interruptions and two people talking at once. After 15 min, I switched to Internet for other tasks.

Likely won’t move the polls an inch. Although it could peel off a few undecided voters, thanks to Pence’s debating skills and Tim Kaine’s, uhm, very high energy approach coupled with a quite frantic interruption of Pence by the moderator when the e-mail issue came up.
Also, Kaine potentially stepped in it with the Catholic vote; the idiot basically went on (and on, and on) about his religious faith, paraphrased scriptures and: used it to defend his support of partial birth abortion. That isn’t setting too well with many Catholics (that’s the group I followed last night for my own reasons), and could be used as a wedge, with the one demographic which has held out from support Trump (largely thanks to the media misquoting both him and the Pope, and by some of his supporters blindly believing what the media says and running to step in it themselves) but isn’t exactly strong in its support of Hillary. They are likely the last true swing demographic left in this election, imhao of course.
Pence did his job well; let’s see if they can exploit the win. Kaine should probably continue to stay far away from his boss for health and safety reasons.

1) What’s with the kabuki eyelashes? That was so over the top it was distracting. That woman was so out of her depth on every level- it reminded me of when the fourth grade does a play and there’s two kids pretending to be the parents of two other kids. There’s just so much suspension of disbelief any one person can have.

2) Kaine (once more, who is scripting this? God Himself? I don’t care if it’s spelled with a K or a C. it still sounds the same.) I was predicting each move and telling my 9 year old son as it went, between five and thirty seconds later BOOM! he’d do exactly what I said he would. That face telegraphs everything. He cannot control it.

Pence mopped the floor with that assbag Kaine, despite the horrible job done by the moderator. It was another hatchet job, but not as bad as the first debate. Kaine is one creepy motherfucker who sure looks/talks/acts like yet another closeted gay guy. I respect gay people who come out of the closet and embrace what they are, but these closeted politicians are dangerous because someone has serious leverage over them.

I turned it on for a few minutes and Kaine was drinking a scotch and water. Normally that would put me in his corner, but he sounded like a fag, so I’m calling it for the undertaker.

Umm NO

I was doing something more worthwhile.
I was masterbating a mountain lion in a phone booth with barbed wire. From the reports I had more fun than those that watched.

Creepy Kaine interrupted so much, that is all that will be remembered. The moderator was a weak woman who was fully in the bag for Clinton. She allowed Kaine to interrupt over and over and over again instead of trying to reign him in and thereby exposing the fact that she had no control over the debate. Kaine probably spoke an extra 10 minutes in interruptions alone yet when Pence spoke it was always “Your time is up, Governor!”

Also there is no way Creepy Kaine is totally straight. He reminds me of a more perverted version of Jack Nicholson in The Shining.

This ‘was’ the presidential debate. Either one of these guy’s is more qualified than their respective running mates.

Kaine – had this smile like a dog shitting razor blades. The guy is a creep. The bitch moderator was more concerned getting through all her questions, than letting them debate.

Kaine stinks worse than Hillary’s vagina. (From what I’ve heard … not personal experience.)

Turned it off within 10 minutes.

That CuNNt poll (at the top of the page) where Pence barely won? I heard on Sirius radio this morning that they polled ONLY VIRGINIA VOTERS ….. you know, the state where Kainefuk is from. Yeah, no CuNNt bias there! LMFFAO!

After the debate, when Kaine and Pence shook hands, Ms. Quijano proved she is in the tank for Hitlary. She warmly shook hands with Kaine, giving the two handed grip with big smiles looking right in his eyes and exchanging words. She tried to avoid Pence but he caught her, and she gave a quick half hand shake and said something over her shoulder quickly moving away with little or no eye contact.
I predict the only professional behaving journalist of all the debates will be Chris Wallace.

The democrat came off as an idiot.Pence looked/acted like what most people wish Trump would be like. That part about how the deal with Iran was good was really funny.

Cain is a real Commie. He constantly interrupts, gets loud, rapid fires lie after lie and insult after insult, avoids questions and Truth, dwells on trivia, and is so stupid he couldn’t park a bicycle straight.

Kaine was demonstrating the illogic of libs, lib Catholics in particular. We can order you to have insurance and what kind. We can take away your guns. We can tell you what to do and how to do it. We can tell you what you are allowed to say and what you may or may not call other people. We will order you to get this vaccination or that. We will tell you what you can eat or grow. We will tell you what kind of appliances and cars you can have. We will tell you what you can build on your property. BUT, WE TRUST YOU TO DECIDE whether or not killing babies is OK. Nothing else. We are ten miles up your ass about everything, but if you want to kill babies, we just can’t interfere with such an important decision. Oh, and by the way do not ever kill a nonwhite criminal even if they are committing felonies and attempted murder. But if you just have to kill that baby, who are we to judge? BARF!

I live in Northern Virginia and paid absolutely no attention to Tim Kaine’s politics as a congresscritter and governor. I did watch some of the debate but only during TV commercials of the Orioles/Blue Jays baseball playoff game, and thought Pence was great.

http://www.patdollard.com/tim-kaines-dark-ties-to-jihadis/

Excerpted from WND: Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s newly-announced running mate, Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, has been portrayed as a safe pick, a “pristine” candidate with a history of missionary work in Central America, a fluent Spanish-speaker and a moderate by Democrat standards.

But a new report out by a national-security expert suggests maybe Kaine’s record isn’t so clean after all.

He has a history of embracing Islamists, writes Ryan Mauro in an article for the Clarion Project.

“He appointed a Hamas supporter to a state immigration commission; spoke at a dinner honoring a Muslim Brotherhood terror suspect and received donations from well-known Islamist groups,” says Mauro, a fellow with the Clarion Project and an adjunct professor of homeland security at Liberty University in Virginia.

I am Australian and I watched the debate because I’m interested and I have no pre disposition on the candidates. What amazes me is the level of petty, juvenile and inane topics discussed, when there are important issues aplenty.
I have seen 72 summers and I really fear for our grandchildren when I witness a possible leader having complete disregard for truth when debating, or should I more correctly say, interrupting.
I have visited your country twice and admire it’s natural assets and the people therein are usually nice but appear uninformed on the remainder of the world. From my position they seem to be badly uninformed on the overall qualities of their Presidential candidates. Good luck!!

I watched the whole debate…

I find it interesting that when Trump interrupted Hillary about the same amount of times that Kain interrupted Pence, Trump supporters thought he was great…

That said, Kain tried to get under Pence`s skin but almost nothing phased Pence. Now, Pence did lie quite a bit regarding what Trump said and didn`t say (which is his role). Pence performed better, and quite frankly, out-shined Trump.

He seemed, um, just more presidential…Good voice, paused to think, answered calmly, was poised, and walked the true conservative line….

Kain, tried to be an attack dog (which he really isn`t) and wasn`t effective. But – Kain also played his role. He is not supposed to look better than the candidate.

I will say, that, even though Pence is not in my ideological wheelhouse, I think he would do better at attracting the entire republican party, and some independents than Trump…

The way he looked last night, he would have a shot at beating Clinton…

THAT said, I think Kain could beat Trump…
