I know black families back in the day when I had black friends, that were 5th and 6th generation welfare recipients. How does that happen?
It happens because they swim in an ocean of government. Children are raised seeing their parent(s) turning to the government for everything. Then it’s reenforced in government schools, by our sewer culture and by race pimps.
That’s what needs to change and Steve, unless you start there, your outreach programs won’t do shit.

Blacks need their own reservations like the Indians have. And then just let them handle their own problems. Perhaps part of Chicago, Detroit, and Camden, for example.
