Value in jailing billary,yes.I would say though after a trial and conviction of charges,personally would like if to be F&F but there seem to be many charges to choose from in regards to her past,e-mail account/foundation ect.
We need to send a message you are not “too big” to prosecute if evidence clear of crimes warranting a trial,do believe that is clear in her case on many accounts.I would say this would send important message to ALL they are not above the law.
On a side note,billary is far from the only one in govt/finance deserving a long look at by prosecutors!

It would restore faith in the American people that nobody is above the law.
We have an unwritten tradition in this country of not using the criminal justice system to go after rival political opponents,even if it means letting the guilty skate.
However,Hillary’s crimes are too serious not to investigate and prosecute if warranted.Her crimes are not just about petty corruption.They are related to national security issues,both the email scandal and the Clinton Foundation scandal.
Not only did the email/server scandal expose national security info to foreign governments and both foreign and domestic individuals who were security risks,the email set up almost certainly got people killed overseas.
The selling of access thru the Clinton Foundation bordered on or crossed the line into treason.Allowing Russia to gain control of a large % of US controlled uranium for what was a thinly disguised bribe should get her a twenty year sentence.
However,Republican politicians at all levels should keep their mouths shut and allow the career prosecutors from the Justice Dept to do their job.

I believe you are somewhat correct about the delay part but not completely so.
When Federal prosecutors have a straightforward case like this they can move it along fairly rapidly.
Look at the little kook in South Carolina who shot all those people in the black church.Within 18 months he was tried & convicted.
If she went on trial she would probably play dumb & blame it on subordinates.Even if she were successful using that strategy I believe that it would be a good thing.
People like Hillary could not be successful without aides who are willing to subvert the law and trample all over people,either thru a misguided sense of loyalty,ideology,or for personal gain.
If some of these people had to take the fall and received ten and 20 year prison sentences it would send the kind of message that would not soon be forgotten.
