Any guy dressed in a government issued uniform who “accessorizes” with black nail polish deserves zero respect.

Well …….

At least “Show your hands, blam” is better than “Blam, show your hands”.

When the only tool you have is a gun, everything looks like a target.

I continue to be amazed by these CopFuks who are so twitchy and jumpy and scared that they immediately discharge their weapon when they simply get startled. I thought that’s why they were supposed to get training.

I get that it’s a dangerous job, but if you are so scared that your default response to being startled is to shoot, you have no fucking business being a cop. This shit shouldn’t even have to be said.

The fact that she said “oh shit!” Right afterwards (as funny as that was to hear) basically proves either that 1) she knew she overreacted & was wrong to have fired, OR 2) that the weapon surprised her when it discharged meaning she didn’t mean to fire. Either way it’s an obvious case of GROSS INCOMPETENCE. Fire that bitch and charge her.

I’m thinking she put her finger on the trigger as she drew as a result of too much fast draw and fire practice instead of just bringing the pistol up to the ready position, with her finger off of it, till she made the conscious decision to shoot because circumstances required it (like the guy coming up with gun in hand).

Poor training and poor trigger discipline if this is the case.

Obviously a negligent discharge. Had the officers announced themselves? Why was the person hiding behind a mattress? Lot’s of unanswered questions, here. Maybe we should not allow people to drive cars because accidents happen.

Prolly the solution is to do away with private police forces, and depend on a CLEO in every county jurisdiction to serve papers. CLEO’s are professional LEO’s, are elected and accountable. Police Chiefs are appointed and accountable to an elected council. Big difference having the CLEO accountable to the voters, as opposed to a boot licker.

I generally give cops the benefit of the doubt but that was really quick shot. At a minimum she screwed up.

This time it doesn’t look good for the police-don’t like the term cops.

Yeah, she sucks. Cops are awful shots in general, since they only practice/qualify a few times a year, while real shooters actually enjoy shooting their firearms. What a shame they’re never actually held responsible for their fuckups.
