While President Obama has vehemently denied issuing direct orders to the Justice Department or other domestic agencies to monitor President Trump during the 2016 election campaign, it is common knowledge that the National Security Agency has the ability to access video and audio from any number of devices in real time. In fact, according to Edward Snowden and documented in the recently released Snowden motion picture, U.S. spy agencies can simply flip a switch to watch or listen in on anything going on in a particular room by turning on a particular device’s cameras and microphones.
Here’s how it works:
The technology is real, but according to legal scholars, would have been illegal to use on Donald Trump or his surrogates without a warrant or probable cause indicating links to terrorist organizations.

But while domestic spy agencies like the NSA and CIA can’t actively monitor a citizen on U.S. soil, there is a very convenient work-around that has been used for over a decade to accomplish this task without technically breaking the law.
According to three intelligence sources who spoke with Judge Napolitano, this is exactly what President Obama did to then-candidate Donald Trump.
Three separate intelligence sources believe that former President Obama veered ‘outside the chain of command’ and employed British surveillance agents to conduct surveillance on Donald Trump’s team prior to the election, according to a legal analyst.
Judge Andrew Napolitano revealed on ‘Fox & Friends’ this morning that the sources spilled the details to him as the controversial case continues to dominate headlines.
“Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command,” Napolitano said. “He didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use the Department of Justice.”
“He used GCHQ.” Napolitano explained.
“What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database.” The Judge explained.
Napolitano noted that this was done to secure plausible deniability. In other words, even if the Obama administration did spy on Trump, there may never be a way to prove it.
“So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this. ”Napolitano added.

It is quite revealing that hardly a reporter broaches this subject when asking questions of politicians or security experts. Even when questions are asked to the ones in the know like Hayden and Clapper they always deflect by saying that Obama didn’t do it. They are more than likely right based on past track record in saying that.

Heaven forfend! Who can believe this shit? This is of minor interest to me although I appreciate Judge Nap and regard him as a real hero. No one will be able to “prove” BM ordered this either. We all know how it works: The Don whispers in the Consigliere’s ear and shit happens. No instructions. No notes, We live in a plausible denial world.

Well that fucking solves that, doesn’t it? Fake fucking news. About the only way we might prove what OBVIOUSLY happened is if the Queen of England summons the head of GCHQ (Robert Hannigan), gets him to confide the truth (by promising it’ll just be between the both of them) and then spills the beans herself. Then the Deep State would declare her senile and kill her.
It’s funny that they say there is no evidence of wiretapping, yet also run stories about what Flynn discussed with the Russians on the phone. So, let me see if I am following. There is evidence that Flynn called some Russian because we have a recording or transcript of the call, but there was no wire tap?
If you want to split hairs, technically there was no wiretap. The agencies use better equipment than having to go attach a wire to your phone line. Those methods are called intercepts. So, ergo, there were no wiretaps of Trump Tower.
If they have a reason to spy on you and they have the capacity to spy on you, they do spy on you. That is the way it has always been and the way it will always be. Oh yeah, they will lie.
Listening to POTUS on the way home tonight, Rick Unger (the democrat) of the Steele and Unger show said diane feinstein came out of a security meeting regarding this new claim and said she had nothing to say.
Unger, and Steele, believe her saying that she had nothing to say, and that she the one chosen to speak to the press, spoke volumes. To use an ally to spy on a presidential candidate?
No wonder the CIA and FBI can say they didn’t spy.
Trump should either privately ream the ass of the British PM and the security chief or publicly invite them over here for a sworn interview w/the FBI.
This is why I’m glad to be a small time pissant. I don’t worry about my campaign being spied upon because I have no campaign. Life is good.

Criminals all know how to keep their hands clean. The worse always have someone else do their dirty work for them. Obama is no different.
