QUOTE OF THE DAY

Peter replied, “Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will.”

“Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.”

But Peter declared, “Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same.

Peoples nature always overrules their sincere desires when the crunch comes.

That’s why Jesus the Christ came, so we can be forgiven when it does.

If you mean by nature the sin nature or human nature, 2Cor.11:24-27 proves your assertion to be false. “Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.”
Paul did not retaliate or shrink back from his calling when faced with death daily. He trusted in the one who sent him to preach. He never wavered from that trust. He explained why he did not retaliate when he wrote to the church at Ephesus saying that “We wrestle not with flesh and blood…..” Eph.6

There is no proof that God exists, only evidence. If there were proof then everyone would be forced to comply with Gods law. We would be like robots, unable to think for ourselves. God wants us to learn to love Them. (I use the word “Them” referring to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.) Real love cannot be forced upon someone. Love is a free will choice.
God won’t force you to love Them. They want you to love Them for real.
You have the freedom to choose how you want to live. You have free will.
You prove God’s way is the right way to live by living God’s way. When you learn God’s way you learn to love God.
Not living God’s way also proves God’s way is right, because of the unpleasant consequences it brings; not just in eternity, but also on mankind now. We see the consequences of our sinful lifestyles that will soon bring destruction on our nation.
