Regarding “Bless your heart” (Nikki Haley comic) – it can mean either “you’re an idiot” or “I’m so glad I’m not you.” As an example, when a ticket agent here in Charlotte saw that I was flying to St. Paul in February (the high was -6) I got a very sincere “Bless your heart”.
The Coptic Christian sketch is in very good taste and heartwarming. I have heard that after the recent bombing they stood outside their bombed church and chanted their confession of faith in the words of the Nicene Creed. What incredible faith!!
