So the limousine, a veritable rolling Ford’s Theater, loaded with crucial evidence was taken that very day back to Detroit to be scrubbed and completely rebuilt. Why? The manhole cover and access that the shooter on the bridge supposedly shot from and ducked into has long since been paved over.

Manholes get paved over all the time. Most often just removed and filled in as sewer lines are rebuilt and replaced. The standard procedure is to take off the top few feet of the structure, fill it in with “flowable fill” i.e. runny concrete, and then fill in above it and pave like it was never even there.
Occasionally it happens because someone screwed up a repaving job. The manholes (and valves, etc) are supposed to be raised before the paving, and then the road is paved flush with them, but sometimes one gets missed and the paving contractor just rolls on like it was never there. “Not my God Damn problem” being the standard response.
I’ve seen stranger things, like repaving an entire stretch of well maintained and perfectly good road immediately after a single car accident caused the death of a nuclear safety whistleblower that removed any traces left from the accident.
So, three months after the assassination, a known nut-job gives a three hour long speech (!) to what was most likely another room full of nut-jobs, and we are supposed to hold that as gospel truth?
I don’t doubt there’s a lot to the story that is not know, and there probably always will be. Whatever the true story is – or was – I doubt this POTITO guy had any real knowledge of it.
Whether it’s a lot or little that is not known, someone seems to want us from finding out what it is and how much of it there is.
And that isn’t an elusive conspiracy theory, it is an obvious conspiracy.

I have read a few books on the event and the one that rings true with me is fatal error.
The massive head wound was caused by the idiot secret service agent in the following car getting dumped on his ass when it sped up causing an AD from the then new M-16 he was carrying. The high velocity 556 is known to make head wounds like that. The slow rifle round from the man/car is not.

Military style FMJ, likely some kind of military surplus stuff from Europe since it was not a popular civilian cartridge in the united States at the time that would inspire much (if any) common manufacture of it for sportsmen.
Maybe I’m wrong, there may be verified information about it somewhere but the “magic bullet” that was recovered looks like it was.

Oswald had a 6.5mm carcano. The bullet was round nose ball. The .223 was a tiny, very fast hollow point that exploded inside his head, shattered the skull, leaving lots of little bits of copper . It’s all in the report.
If I am reading this correctly, the FBI says that some guy named Potito said some things. I don’t care. If the files actually say what that dude says, that would be ground breaking, but the fact that some guy claims inside knowledge and has a theory is not important.
