Trump’s best counter strategy against alleged sexual misconduct: Scorched-earth political war

Given that the Russian collusion strategy seems to be falling apart by the minute, the only strategy Democrats have left to try and defeat President Trump in 2020 is to push the sexual abuser narrative – which proved to work well for them in Alabama. Democrats saw what political damage this strategy did to Roy Moore in just a few short months, and are confident it will wreak major political havoc over the next few years on President Trump.

One way for President Trump to counter this impending sex abuse strategy is to fight fire with fire – and he needs to move very quickly before the tide begins to rise against him as it did against Judge Roy Moore.

President Trump’s counter strategy should be to call for the immediate exposure of every elected official in the U.S. Congress that has used taxpayer “hush” money to cover-up any form of sexual misconduct. And with that, President Trump must also call for the immediate rescinding of every non-disclosure agreement to allow every accuser an opportunity to speak their piece and expose the alleged perps in Congress. These actions by President Trump will quickly bring to light this most repugnant congressional political cover-up and expose every elected official that is currently being protected from accountability for possible crimes.

Part of the risk in this counter strategy is that it will probably implicate both Democrats and Republicans, but the majority of Americans polled already seem to agree that exposing the truth in this matter is the right thing to do. But even if there are Republicans implicated, if President Trump can successfully brand the exposure of this huge cover-up as part of “draining the swamp” and holding all politicians accountable to the American public, he may well be seen by the public as more of a hero than a villain.

Fortunately, the positive results anticipated by this strategy more than outweigh the risks for President Trump. When the lid gets blown off this political powder keg cover-up of sexual misconduct by elected officials, the drive-by media will have no choice but to report on every Democrat and Republican implicated. The liberal media knows it will not be able to separate allegations against President Trump from those that have been covered-up for so many years by those elected to represent the people and govern this country.

The kicker for this counter strategy for President Trump is that the victims in the congressional cover-up have already been paid-off and legally forced to keep their mouths shut. It’s clear that these incidents were never meant to see the light of day – and everyone knows it. Essentially, President Trump can spin the pay-offs to every accuser as a veiled  admission of guilt by the implicated congressional perps. President Trump can set himself apart from those implicated in the cover-up by communicating that he has never paid off any of his accusers or  had them sign non-disclosure agreements to cover-up his actions.

While this counter strategy can also turn into a scorched-earth political war with major casualties in both political parties, it’s very possible  the Democrats and the drive-by media will not want anything to do with this kind of exposure going into 2018 and 2020. Likewise, Republican Speaker Ryan and Majority Leader McConnell will most probably push back hard against exposing the cover-up because they must have known about it in the first place – making them guilty by association for condoning the cover-up.

Maybe before implementing this counter strategy President Trump should call Sen. Schumer and Rep. Pelosi in for a meeting and lay out exactly what he plans to do and see if they have the guts to call his bluff or call of their political wolves.

I don’t condone grabbing asses, groping, etc…. however: This has become a witch hunt / an assault to all males.

What can one say when you’re accused of inappropriate behavior – years and years, and in some cases decades later? This is very similar to behavior of the Left, where they name call (such as racist). The accusation is more powerful than the truth. It amounts to slander.

Try going into a restaurant and claiming you were short changed – last year. See where that gets you.

What needs to come out of this circus is a rule that if you don’t speak-up immediately, you lose the right to accuse at a much later date.

While Dutchman makes an excellent point, I really would like to see all these scumbags in Congress exposed for their past deeds. To me their sin is not grabbing someone’s ass. Their sin is using our taxpayer money to hush up the victims.

Agreed. What I don’t get is why there is no backlash. All I know is that if I was baselessly slandered in such a way, I would come after them with both barrels. I think this is human nature and because there is no retribution, there must be something to these accusations.

If I was attacked like say George Zimmerman was by the media and my nose was clean, I’d freakin’ own NBC. Same for the rest of “fake news” sex scandals. Start fighting back…

These women (like the Harvey Weinstein mess), are to blame for all the other women who were assaulted. They didn’t speak up because they wanted to be in his movies – they also used him.

If the Democrats had any credible charges against Trump ‘their’ FBI, CIA and private investigators would have already used them. The spectacle the other day of Megan Kelly presenting 3 women claiming Trump harassed them fell flat because-

A. People know the kind of women Trump pursues and these girls were not in the Ivana, Marla Maples or Melania league.

B. The accusations were petty. The receptionist ( at Trump Tower) approached Donald, not the other way round, and he took her hand, pecked her on the lips and left. He did not grab her by her genitals or escort her to his penthouse. The 2nd woman complained Trump ‘looked’ at her. Hell she was a contestant in one of Trump’s beauty pageants. It was his job to ‘look’ at her. Its what ‘Beauty Pageants’ are all about. The third woman says Trump groped her on a commercial flight back in the 80’s. Was Trump flying coach? Must have been because the lady said she got up and moved to the back of the plane.

Now that the Democrats have unleashed this barrage, coming back with any more wouldn’t fly. You only get one bite at this apple. You can’t ask for Mulligans.

On the plus side (if there is one) perhaps the best way to get rid of Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan is to have Democrat operatives accuse them of sexual misconduct. There doesn’t have to be any proof and GOPe will support any sexual accusations that Democrats bring against them.

The Leftists aren’t going to give up and the traditional conservatives don’t have either the numbers or the stamina to keep resisting them much longer.

Alabama is an example of this.

Moore’s problem wasn’t the charge of pursuing teenage girls 30-40 years ago. It’s that he’s a sanctimonious dick. I have no problem with someone saying that homosexual behavior is aberrant, but advocating imprisoning people for buggery in 2017 is weird.

Exactly! Of course I got torched here yesterday for making a similar point about Moore.

Shitty candidates lose, period.

You forgot to change your name back after doppling me yesterday. I forget to do that all the time. That’s why I suck as a Doppler. Trump doesn’t need any advice. He’s doing what he does. Let Trump be Trump

What a splendid idea. Trump them on the issue. I remember when bubba clinton was in the cross hairs for Monica, Larry Flint offered a large sum of money to any woman who would drop dime on any repo guilty of sexual shenanigans . You could hear assholes pucker all over town. Their big deal speaker bob livingston had to quietly crawl out of office on his belly. It was glorious to behold. Pull out the stops with the steps he lists above and watch the fur (or pubic hairs) fly. You know gd well that the gang of them are a bunch of lechers. That it bags repos as well as dummos is all to the better. He said he wanted to drain the swamp right? What better way than to aim at their gonads? Damn that’d be fun.

Greetings,

Politics is acting for ugly people. Nothing more, nothing less. Dig into Congress and you’ll find out that these attention hungry losers have been pawing at everything and everyone because, frankly, they’d never get it any other way.

Scorched Earth!

I agree Trump had better go on the offense before this gathers any more steam. Go full attack, w/some kind of strategy, or else. Expose these creatures for what they are. His (false) allegations will seem minor compared to what congress has been doing at our expense. This may be the only way to expose the political nature of this crusade, and sap the emotional energy of the mob to shut it down.

But until then, people dont ever seem to understand how mobs work. They are all “burn the witches!” until it comes around to THEM. And then no-one will listen. So I ask all of the self-righteous ‘principled’ dopes out there who went along with the Moore lynching: if you’re so sure he’s bad, what happens when some scuzzy accuses *you* of grabbing her? Better have a great fire-protection plan…

I agree with you Dan. However, democrats are communists and, in my opinion, perverse in many ways by their very nature. Being unprincipled by nature, getting rid of a democrat in a “blue” district is no big deal. They can simply find a “clean” communist to fill the slot. The “clean” communist will just be harder to campaign against. As you point out, for true conservative Republicans it’s an entirely different matter because their self-righteous indignation blinds them to rest of issues. Alabamans have now chosen an avowed abortionist gun grabber who can be depended to be an anti-Biblical and anti-Christian. Christians should know better considering the full narrative found in Corinthians of the church member having been caught having sex with his father’s wife. He repented and was forgiven. King David was a murderer and an adulterer, yet a man after God’s own heart.
