Having crying Joe deliver the rebuttal was as disastrous as having Michael Dukasis riding around in a tank. That the Dems thought that Sippy Cup Joe, a person steeped in privilege could somehow swing the pendulum back in the Dems favor shows how entirely bankrupt they actually are.
Seriously, the Dems would have been 100% better off to have had NO rebuttal at all. What they did made them look foolish, pathetic and weak as you had an immediate apples to apples comparison. It was there for everyone to see.
