Importing in mass or en masse? Have you considered, Danny Boy, that the chirren brought over recently are now in jail? They are housed separately from their parents and kept in confinement. Perhaps the idea is to discourage further importation of children but it does seem dicky to do that to them. Of course, it isn’t much better than what social workers do to kids they kidnap from parents. Grown ups are dicks.
Seems like quite a few of these children cannot be “reunited” with those who brought them – because DNA tests show the two are not related! As in, “not from the same family”. Also, if they haven’t been already, keeping the children in the same cells with their “coyotes” would likely SUBJECT them to sexual abuse, for which the CAPTORS would be LIABLE! THIS is why they are separated!
There is no “right” to be an illegal immigrant; there is a process by which one applies, is accepted and allowed to enter the country. Starting from criminal activity to ENTER the country is a poor beginning, is it not?
NO COUNTRY keeps children and adult offenders in the same cells. Applying this to illegal immigrants is only common sense, which is too lacking these days.
Don’t confuse me with facts. They are being held in ‘for profit’ prisons or tents. I wonder if they will be held there for years while the prison owners line their pockets. You guys are knee jerk jerks.
