PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Over a dozen juveniles were arrested and cited after police say a large brawl involving up to 200 school students erupted outside of a McDonald’s in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia.
Police say they were called for a report of a large fight on Broad Street and Hunting Park Avenue around 3:40 p.m. Police say when they arrived it “immediately deteriorated into a riotous condition” with roughly 150 to 200 students fighting and instigating.
Chopper 3 was over the scene where dozens of police vehicles surrounded a McDonald’s in the area.
Authorities say multiple officer assist calls were activated by both Philadelphia and SEPTA Police. The situation was brought under control around 5 p.m.
Police say 14 juveniles were arrested or cited in the incident. Three officers were injured in the brawl.
There is no word yet on what led to the fight.
What color are they?
In the end, it will involve chicken and hurt feelings.
I get that they just read what is on the teleprompter but how can a supposed journalist first say 150-200, then say ‘all of the 14 juveniles were detained’? How does that even make sense?
Are they just trying to comfort people that even though crap is absolutely and totally out of control, you shouldn’t worry about it, we caught them all?

Here is what is interesting. I bet most of these ‘children’ get free school breakfast and lunch yet they have the money to go to McDonald’s after school.
I came from a reasonably prosperous middle class family yet I did not have the money to hang out at McDonald’s after school when I was 14,15 or 16 ( and a hamburger was only 15 cents!). If I had any pocket change it was saved for the weekend and gasoline ( once I had a driver’s license. I went home after school.

The best case scenario to avoid the collapse of the US is if someone like Ron Paul is elected who ends the wars, welfare, the police state, and reduces the debt. Unlikely.
The fall of the USA might look like the end of the USSR where the government suddenly just quits, the US splits up, the debts are not paid, and the divided states form new countries.
Another possibility is that the US slowly looks more and more like Brazil and dies with more illegal immigrants, a stock market collapse, banks fail, unemployment soars, Social Security goes bankrupt, taxes rise, there are riots, more wars, more tyranny, and secession.
The worst case scenario is that the 1% goes insane, starts WWIII, a Civil War breaks out, and Americans are sent to the gulags.
Most likely, the US won’t reach 2050 without collapsing.
