Virginia Governor Ralph Northam’s (D) 1984 medical school yearbook features several pictures under Northam’s name; a classic yearbook headshot, an image of Northam leaning against a car, one of him in a rural setting, and a picture of two individuals wearing blackface and KKK robes – one of whom is presumably Northam. The photo was first reported by Big League Politics and confirmed by the Virginian-Pilot which photographed the yearbook.
Under the photo of the men in blackface and the Klan hood are listed Northam’s alma mater, Virginia Military Institute, and his interest: “Pediatrics.” His quote is listed as “There are more old drunks than old doctors in this world so I think I’ll have another beer.” –Virginia Pilot
According to AP, Republican state Sen. Bryce Reeves said in a statement that Northam should tender his resignation if the photo is accurate.
“I hope that this picture is inaccurate and that the Governor brings clarity to this issue. This has no place in Virginia,” said Reeves.
Northam made headlines earlier this week discussing a controversial abortion bill that would loosen restrictions in third-trimester abortions.

In 2013, Northam came under fire from civil rights groups for refusing to shake hands with his black Republican opponent.
And who could forget this controversial and ironic ad during the Virigina gubernatorial race between Northam and Republican Ed Gillespie in which a Confederate flag-toting racist – ostensibly a Gillespie voter – chased minority children in a truck?

Black history month is condescending. If you are important you should be studied 12 months a year. If you are studied only in February you are a token.

The state of Virginia can truly be described as a 100% Democrat shithole. This is a place where if you are seen driving a car with kids in it and you are smoking cigarettes, the cops will pull you over and write you a ticket for $100 plus court costs. That’s probably about a $250 infraction right there. This was all before they had some Democrat slope talking about how you could butcher a birthing baby and call it abortion as long as the umbilical cord was still attached. I’m convinced Virginia’s collective brain disorder is caused by the belching of filth into the air; the leakage of poisons into the land; and the spilling into the waters of the Old Dominion State; all the pollution and toxic wastes emanating from Washington D.C. itself.

Dummycrats have taken over most of the NOVA area for years, turning it into a sanctuary region for illegals and willfully ignoring and denying the skyrocketing crime caused primarily by illegals. The bullshit catholic scam charity groups have been flooding the schools with illegal alien “unaccompanied minors”, many of whom are adults posing as minors. No shit- you can have a 20-something illegal alien gangbanger from El Salvador sitting in a class full of 8th graders and he rapes one and it doesn’t get much attention. Boys will be boys and all that. Plus, it’s apparently against the rules to ask the guy for proof of age.
My neighbors in my old NOVA suburban neighborhood refused to accept the truth and willfully argued with me when I pointed out the high and growing crime rate, primarily caused by the illegal population in the nearby ghetto. They couldn’t connect the dots. The PD even played the game, artificially drawing the town police zones in such a way the most high-crime neighborhood, which was full of illegals, was a tiny circle on the map, while the highway out of town was a massive zone, ensuring that area was the high crime one, despite being a lot of shopping centers and small businesses. When the armed robberies, assaults, break-ins, and porch piracy moved from the periphery into the neighborhood proper, it was astonishing for the idiot residents, but not to me. I beat the worst of it when I left. Now I’m laughing about it every time they helplessly exclaim on their community site about the crime.

My Uncle Red (82nd Airborne WW2, Purple Heart…he was shot in the ass) won one of the first cases for Black Lung against the mines. It was a landmark case and he did it without a lawyer.

There’s been lots of pain and sadness here for the last 30 years, and this week they finally officially announced the end of our steel industry.

I was lucky enough to work with Pat once in a little venue up in Michigan called The Historic Holly Hotel. It was a notoriously tough gig because the audience were regulars who knew comedy and if you did hack material they’d eat you alive. He was, no joke, one of the funniest guys I’ve ever seen. Low key, but really smart. That bit above is amazingly funny on so many levels. I miss the kind of America that could laugh at itself. You saw the people in that audience- blacks included- laughing their asses off because it was funny. Now it’s an entire society of bitter old maids screeching at kids to get off the lawn.
The utilization of humor, satire, and particularly irony, (depending on the delivery) to mock ourselves can be a most unthreatening and mature way for us to face unpleasant realities. Maybe even learn from it and become better people.
