Lies in the second paragraph of the report! That’s a great way to start off the report. They’re still hanging on the “Russians Hacked the DNC”. Bill Binney stated that was impossible because of the download speeds. Then, there is no mention on the amount of money Russia spent on ads. I think it was between $100K-340K(can’t remember) which was a pittance in the scheme of things and those ads were disparaging to both candidates as I recall.
