This is a very difficult article for me to write. As a young child I was a member of the Cub Scouts, and I still have very fond memories from those days. Throughout my life I always had a tremendous amount of respect for the Boy Scouts, and so it greatly saddened me to learn about the abuse that has been running rampant in that organization. Of course this is just a very small part of a much larger trend that is plaguing our society, but if this kind of abuse is pervasive even among the Boy Scouts, what organization is truly safe for America’s kids? Have we gotten to the point as a society where our children are literally not safe anywhere?
According to ABC News, court documents that were just released indicate that 12,254 victims were abused by 7,819 Boy Scout troop leaders over the years…
An expert who has been working with the Boy Scouts revealed that there may have been as many as 7,819 allegedly sexually abusive troop leaders and volunteers in the storied organization, according to newly released court documents.
More than 7,800 individuals allegedly abused 12,254 victims, according to the court testimony.
This is what can happen when a society has absolutely no moral foundation whatsoever. These days, many Americans seem to believe that our country will be turned in the right direction if we can just get the correct political leaders into place, but that is not true at all.
No political solution is going to fix this kind of evil. Our core problems are moral and spiritual in nature, and most people don’t seem to understand that.
A lawyer named Jeff Anderson is searching for even more Boy Scout victims, and he says that his firm has already identified 130 perpetrators in New York and 50 in New Jersey…
Attorney Jeff Anderson said Tuesday that he’s identified 130 perpetrators of child sex abuse in the Boy Scouts of America in New York. Anderson and Greg Gianforcaro’s law firm also announced they’ve identified 50 other Boy Scout leaders in New Jersey who have been accused of sexual misconduct with minors.
The names stem from the Boy Scouts’ so-called “Perversion Files.” During a morning press conference, Anderson said, “This is far from complete. The work has just begun.”
In the end, this scandal could end up destroying the Boy Scouts, and that is truly sad because they were a pillar of American society during the post-World War II era.
In response to all of these allegations, the Boy Scouts of America released a statement…
“We care deeply about all victims of child abuse and sincerely apologize to anyone who was harmed during their time in Scouting. We believe victims, we support them, and we have paid for unlimited counseling by a provider of their choice,” the organization said in a statement to ABC News. “Nothing is more important than the safety and protection of children in Scouting and we are outraged that there have been times when individuals took advantage of our programs to abuse innocent children.”
Without a doubt, the Boy Scouts will work hard to try to prevent future instances of abuse.
But that may not be enough for the organization to survive. According to PBS, sexual abuse settlements that have already been agreed to have pushed the organization to the brink of bankruptcy…
Sexual abuse settlements have already strained the Boy Scouts’ finances to the point where the organization is exploring “all available options,” including Chapter 11 bankruptcy. But now the financial threats have intensified.
The reason: States have been moving in recent months to adjust their statute-of-limitations laws so that victims of long-ago sexual abuse can sue for damages. New York state has passed a law that will allow such lawsuits starting in August. A similar bill in New Jersey has reached the governor’s desk. Bills also are pending in Pennsylvania and California.
This is yet another example of the lawlessness that is running absolutely rampant in our society. Just about every sort of evil that you can possibly imagine is exploding, and this isn’t going to be solved by voting the correct politicians into office in the next election. Our problem is a problem of the heart, and it requires a solution of the heart.

We desperately need to return to the values that this nation was founded upon, but right now we are running away from them as fast as we can. For example, a Gallup survey that was just released found that church membership in America has declined precipitously in recent years…
As Christian and Jewish Americans prepare to celebrate Easter and Passover, respectively, Gallup finds the percentage of Americans who report belonging to a church, synagogue or mosque at an all-time low, averaging 50% in 2018.
U.S. church membership was 70% or higher from 1937 through 1976, falling modestly to an average of 68% in the 1970s through the 1990s. The past 20 years have seen an acceleration in the drop-off, with a 20-percentage-point decline since 1999 and more than half of that change occurring since the start of the current decade.
If we continue on the path that we are on, the social and moral decay that is so evident all around us will continue to accelerate.
We are living in truly dark times, and if we choose to do nothing it is inevitable that they will get even darker.

BREAKING: More Childhood Victims of Boy-Scout Sexual Abuse Step Forward to Tell Story:
When I was a kid, me and my neighbor hood friends got invited to a boy scout meeting, I suppose in the hope that we would join. At some point in the meeting, they had this weird event where the turned off the lights. We took that as an invitation to engage in nudging, pushing and just acting out, nothing crazy, just whatever happens when the light go out. When they turned on the lights, we were the only ones not sitting quietly, and naturally we were expelled and told to never come back.
we did wind up in this organization called Little Indians, and it was fairly decent, normal father and son activities, and there was never any weird “lights out” crap.
Homosexuals wanting to be troop leaders had nothing to do with fitting in or toleration . It was homosexuals wanting to get into a position of authority over Young boys so they could sexually abuse them. I have read enough About faggots to know what they are. They are all pedophile at heart and they are fucking liars about everything .

Where were the fathers, you know, the men who was supposed to protect their children from violence and predators?
If the fathers of these boys had done the right thing, the adults who had victimized the kids would have been beaten within an inch of their lives then turned over to the police.
I was in Scouts from around third grade (or fifth, whenever they let you in as a Cub) to 18; never had or heard of any sexual abuse. Perhaps because all the Scout leaders in my troop WERE the fathers, not outsiders; I guess all were straight, or keeping your nose clean around southern rednecks was the only way to keep breathing.
That said, I went to summer camp and never saw / heard anything like this; went on all kinds of activities, often with other troops, and never saw it. Maybe it happened when I wasn’t there or looking, but maybe it was a problem for other areas.
Was in the scouts, cub thru eagle. Pretty naive as a kid. Four day camp-outs on a creek, Indian style (running around the woods with nothing but a breechcloth. Scoutmaster was a bachelor. When I got older I got invited to an overnighter at his camp on the river. Beer was served (being a good Baptist I declined.) We engaged in a game of strip poker (Bible didn’t mention poker.) As it turned out no one got totally naked and nothing happened. I just felt I was growing up and entering into a more adult world. The beer thing eventually got him dismissed; quietly—did not want a dust-up at the Baptist church.
At that time in my life I had never heard of pedophiles and such. Became suspicious years later and would not let my boys near the BSA. Fifty years down the road I got to comparing notes with a fellow former scout; 99.9% sure he was a pedo. He told of one scout who was a favorite who always got to sleep in the scoutmasters room at the camp. Boy never married and later committed suicide.
I don’t regret for a moment not letting my sons join.
My own son made Eagle Scout at age 17 in his junior year of high school. I knew personally the leaders of the troop, a bunch of decent men and woman with whom I participated from time to time.
Disheartening to read but such behavior is creeping into every aspect of life. The inversion of evil as good nears completion.
What none of us ever understood about the scouts during these years, as an organization it is a first step toward adult membership in other more secret societies. Does anyone recognize the players represented in this statue?

Wake up people,any organization/group that attracts young men or woman will also attract pedophiles,been this way for ever unfortunately.We are now thankfully not in the state of mind of denial/it’s a family issue/ect. that society has been in for what seems forever.
You have 100% proof someone is a molester,just kill them,safer for society and though not the intent you are doing them a favor.This is coming from someone who went thru this bullshit as a kid and luckily went on to have a decent life.Parents,entrust your children with anyone make sure you know them well and vet em,includes teachers/scout leaders/anything.Keep in mind there are a lot of good adults out there that in the car of their charges would give up their lives to protect em,just do your homework.

I share my experience again.
1958 or so, 5th and 6th grade for me, I was in Boy Scouts. Made it to First Class. The head scout master was a young airman, good Christian man engaged to be married and was nothing but a good example. The assistant scout master, another airman, was a pedophilic pervert. My peers were beginning to discover sex. Masterbation mainly. I was 16 before any of my peers actually wet a finger or more. And among my pubescence adolescent and close friends, tales and explanations of jerking off were normal. The adult assistant scout master pervert liked to involve talk about it. I was in the back seat of his 53 Chevy with a total of 6 scouts front and back, and the pervert was driving us to some location. Somehow he asked the boy sitting next to him to jerk him and he pulled it out of his pants.
My gang decided he was way in the wrong and avoided him. A year after he left scouts he drove by my house – on a dirt road a few miles from Eglin AFB. He used his lure, a telephone dial hooked up to his car horn to announce his presence when he saw me playing in the front yard. He invited me to go somewhere with him. I told him I would have to ask my father inside the house. Dad instinctively knew it was not right. He asked me if I thought the man could be up to no good. I nodded and went out told him I could not go and said goodbye. My SAC pilot father…

My two sons were in scouts. One made eagle. It gave him a stripe right out of Army boot camp.
I volunteered to be an assistant scoutmaster. And went out on many adventures with them. Camping, canoeing, and many hikes. Race car derbies. We camped out on top of the mountain on the Odom Trail in the Talladega National Forest, one time with temps in the 20’s and wind chill in the teens. I did not get to go to Philmont when they both went. We did all attend the Order of the Arrow ceremony together.
The head scoutmaster was a portly man whose son was an Eagle scout trying to get into West Point. It only took one time for the father to make a joke and laugh out loud about jerking off. I watched with great suspicion. The pervert flirted with juvenile talk too often. Soon another father in a position of authority asked me if I had reservations about the man’s behaviours and I reported “very much so”. The man was “sent away” the next week.
Those are the only two I know of. Doubtless there are many among the good men and women I have known associated with Boy Scouts.
How is this “A Sign of the Times” when the Boy Scouts was a faggy institution from the get-go, created by a fag in order to have a steady supply of young meat for him and his cohorts (not unlike the segregated boarding-school rackets popular at the time)?

I would like to propose new legislation – any man in a position of authority caught sexually abusing a boy under a certain age shall be castrated by a qualified surgeon and sentenced to 20 years in prison. Any man convicted of multiple incidents shall be put to death.
