The poster’s argument is full of holes. His only substantive choice is Warren. Dolezal would have been a better choice than half black Kamala and half black Barack. Despite the Beto moniker, O’Rourke has never pretended to be Hispanic. I know a few people who have adapted their Spanish names and go by Henry (Enrique), Jerry (Geronimo), Pete (Pedro), etc. And yet, they do not claim to be white. This is a flimsy argument for shallow people. Change my mind.
Good questions! The first one is key. Obama had a rare opportunity to unite the nation on the race issue because he was of mixed race himself. Instead he took ‘the low road’ by increasing racial divisiveness in the name of solidifying his base.
