That was an awesome display of how far apart the sides are. In his monologue Maher was talking about how aghast the Repos were about Pilosi tearing up the Trump SOTU sheets calling her a sore loser. He then compares the secession movement in Virginia as an example of Repo sore losers who lost the statehouse and are now fleeing to WV. He was red faced about it, convinced of his righteousness. Talk to those who are fleeing VA and they’ll have the very same passion about the state confiscating their weapons. There is no way out of this madhouse.

CCRider, I don’t know what the answer is. So often, I’ve felt like you have in the past as in, why bother. But, sometimes at almost the last minute, I’d go to the polls with the wife and pull the lever. I did this, holding my nose too, when I voted for Trump.
What concerns me right now, and I can’t shake this feeling, what does the left know that we don’t? Why is literally every candidate now for full bore socialism? Why are the seemingly shooting themselves in the foot? IMHO, if the election were held today for POTUS, Trump would win by a very large margin. What happens between now, and November, is anyone’s guess.
