“Go Buy Guns First” – John McAfee Warns Governments “Are Deceiving You” About Virus

Authored by Amy Castor via DeCrypt.co,

The government is deceiving you. The pandemic is a ploy spread by the fake-news media, and if you care about your lives, go out and buy guns now.

That was the message of John McAfee. Between evil laughs and dark chucklings, the tech guru, tax fugitive, and general wild man shared his suspect views on the “state of the world” during COVID-19 last night at Virtual Blockchain Week.

“We are living in a paradigm the world has never seen before,” the 74-year-old crypto advocate and antivirus-software pioneer said, speaking from God knows where.

(He’s kept his whereabouts a secret since fleeing Belize in 2012 after suspicions grew that he killed his neighbor.)

“One-third of the planet is in lockdown,” he said, adding that most of those people are sitting at home, watching TV, and not doing much of anything, while the US government “pulls money out of thin air.” The situation is not sustainable, he argued.

He was especially disturbed by a recent $2 trillion stimulus package in the US, which appears to be backed by nothing other than the good graces of the US government.

“You can’t pull money out of the air and expect everything to be okay. Money is based on something called industry, production, service. We haven’t increased any of that,” he said, with a deep, unsettling chuckle. He predicted the money-printing will lead to a collapse of the US dollar.

It’s too late for crypto

Bitcoin and blockchain were meant to “save us from financial slavery, and from the overburdened government that creates the fiat currency that we are forced to use,” McAfee said.

But he doesn’t think crypto will save us this time.

“We are not going to jump into crypto,” he said, because it’s not easy enough to use.

“It is not like opening a bank account. You have to spend days understanding what it is and how it works.”

But as far as the markets go, he predicts that the price of Bitcoin will spike ahead of the halving event on May 12. He recalled that in 2016, the last halving event, there was a huge rise in the price of Bitcoin, and then a huge drop. And he believes history will repeat because the same people populate the cryptosphere, and they’re just as greedy as they were four years ago.

More people die of diarrhea

As far as the threat of COVID19, McAfee thinks the number of deaths are skewed because they are presented out of context. It is certainly not worth shutting down entire economies, he believes.

Repeatedly, he said more people die of diarrhea and of the flu. But both comparisons, common attempts to downplay the severity of the virus, have been widely dismissed as reckless by leading epidemiologists.

But the way McAfee, who is known for his drug use and paranoia, sees it—just before opening his talk, he jokingly commented he was getting ready to shoot up with heroin—we are being lied to by the government and stirred up by the media.

“If you use your head and common sense, you can see you are being deceived,” he said.

Due to the global shut down and the money printing, he believes dark times ahead for our species.

The solution?

“Go buy guns, and guns first,” he said.

“Because if you just have the food and you don’t have the guns, your neighbors are going to take it because your neighbors have the guns.”

And then McAfee, who appears to enjoy it when people think he is on edge, pulled out an AK-47 assault rifle and began praising its sturdiness.

“This sucker will always fire,” he said.

Don’t just buy them, learn how to use them, learn how to clean them, know how to sight them in and practice breathing for accurate shooting! Owning a firearm without knowledge is like driving blind!

You just need to know the right time, place, and person with an FFL. In a high demand environment the premiums are going to rise for certain specific items, but if you know how to compromise and modify expectations you can make out.
If you’re living in Libtard LaLa-Land like I am it would seem you’re S.O.L., but even then there are alternatives. The most radical one is relocation elsewhere, and the last resort is potentially illegal, something I won’t go into here. If you have to move, DO it. Not only will it ease your mind it will deprive the Statists of money and contribute to killing the taxbase they depend on.
IL and NJ are just two examples of states operating on borrowed time. They’re probably going to extend the lockdowns in order to justify asking for bailouts resulting from crappy fiscal policies.

Trump hates Pritzker. Illinois isn’t going to get squat. Nor should it. Trump recently said 48 of the governors are doing a good job and the other two are idiots. Pritzker was one of the two. Dazzling incompetence. Add in Dickhead Durbin and Tammy Duckbutt and it is a no go.

The Bunger and Muffit investment plan is leaving out one big item after they suffered their recent writedown. They will be sitting on a big-ass pile of inflation-ridden cash waiting for the next Big Drop to pile back in.
The One Big Item they aren’t going to buy in order to lock in gains is GOLD.
I hope those old insiders lose their asses during this go-around.

Yep,John is a crazy/paranoid prepper type.

Hmmmmm…..,seeing how things are turning does not seem like such a bad idea.

Folks used to kid me about being a prepper type, now, they are asking for advice and can say seems they are listening and doing their best to give themselves a better shot as things go from mildly bad to very bad.

While definitely starting late till the final shoe drops folks new to this way of thinking can get better prepared,so,if you are new to this ,get going, you can do it!

So”Happy Birthday Gina!”

Around here they’re getting police escorts for birthday caravans, too.
During Passover-Easter the cops were blaring sirens, driving “The Easter Bunny” around the township’s subdivisions.
Celebratory gunfire is obviously out of the question in NJ.

Can money printing fill the void of an increase in productive efficiency?

In the Catbird Seat
In the Catbird Seat
  Donkey
May 3, 2020 12:59 pm

Obviously, NO.
Printing more paper isn’t going to solve an economic problem when there’s no money velocity in the system. Printing increases liquidity in the system, but with banks withdrawing credit in a lockdown environment this eventually leads to inflation. Demand will not cease and will lead to price markups as shortages emerge.

The following is JUST a thought experiment.

Let’s say productivity increases and puts lots of people out of work. We still have the needed products being able to be made but people don’t have money. In order for the producers to meet debt repayment requirements, people need money but have no jobs, no gardens and no ability to live outside of the system. What do we do?

WE grovel and submit to home inspections, surrender guns and ammo, and submit to leathal vaccinations is what we do.
Remember the story of the 7 fat and 7 lean years? In the lean years the people gradualy traded their cattle and land for food. In year #7 the demanded that Pharaoh take themselves as slaves in exchange for some grain.

Every new unit of fiat represents theft of the assets of all holders. The printer gets Ron Paul’s “first use” with which the printer uses the fiat to purchase at today’s price upon which after being introduced into the system represents devaluation of everyone else’s fiat.
With this wild creation of fiat due to this crisis, those with large cash hoards are being plucked. Fools who sold all their stocks, sold what will be appreciating (due to fiat creation if nothing else) assets and can maintain worth or value regardless of whatever monetary regime comes along and keeps the dividend income stream. The sellers paid sales fees, lost any dividend income stream and may have had to pay capital gains taxes.

“your neighbors are going to take it because your neighbors have the guns”

this always has been most people’s plan.

also when you realize it’s not a matter of merely having guns, but of who shoots first … well it becomes obvious what’s going to happen.

and that has always been the plan of the sociopathic right.

“Do you feel comfortable here?”

does the term “sociopathic right” push a button? the term occurred to me after about three months of visiting this blog and reading some ( … nod) many of the opinions here.

“you seem to have a deep dislike for almost everyone here and everything they believe in”

we can let the readers decide that for themselves. in any case the frequent posters are not the only ones “here” – usually I write with those others in mind.

(‘least I assume there are others. once I asked “admin” how many unique visits the blog had. most are happy to share such info (if it’s any significant amount), but all I got was a downvote. so perhaps this really is a “saloon” (YES I KNOW IT’S NOT A REAL SALOON) with a bunch of regulars who hang out in their private therapy club, but I’m kind of thinking it’s a bit more than that.)

ah, thanks.

the general rule is that for every person you hear from, there are 40 more who think the same but say nothing. most bloggers aren’t interested in total hits, they’re interested in unique hits, so 14000 unique hits per week sounds more relevant – except that would make this blog a very quite one. I wonder which it is. anyway, thanks for the number.
