My family has leased a travel trailer lot in a very well kept park for decades in Delaware . The park is a family run an oriented park with events planed throughout the beach season . It cost us less than the taxes and fees to own a beach condo . The park has a great bay beach , pool , boat ramp and seasonal storage of your boat all included . It’s minutes to the state park ocean beaches that we have a seasonal pass for . Because we live out of state Delaware has decided that law enforcement can stop and question us any time we travel on a Delaware Road . If we wish to go to our trailer we must stay in place for 2 weeks and cannot go anywhere , not even a grocery store or food carry out WTF
I WONDER IF THAT APPLS TO A FAMILY RENTING A HOTEL ROOM ? Also if you are Delaware resident you can come and go as you please .
