GET FLYNN

Guest Post by Skinny

What happens when the wrong guy from the wrong political party gets nominated to run for President?    You put together a cabal of like-minded individuals to take him out, that’s what.   And if one of your former advisors who had the temerity to slight you 2 years ago you joins that guy?  You settle the score.  Chicago style.  Thus, Obama and his minions set about to do just that.

In July 2012 Obama appointed Mike Flynn to head the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).   In the tradition of former generals occupying this position (I.E. Stanley McChrystal) Flynn began questioning the hair brained policies of the Obama Administration.  Apparently, he disagreed with the High Handicapper in Chief’s assessment of ISIS as the JV team, so, 2 years into a 3-year tenure he was summarily sacked.

Now out of office, Flynn was free to criticize with impunity.  At a 2015 Foreign Affairs Committee hearing he called the Obama Iran deal, “wishful thinking.”   As if this wasn’t bad enough, a few months later he joined Trump’s campaign in February 2016 as an advisor on national security.  A seething Obama plotted his revenge.

The first shot came on July 31, 2016, when the FBI opened a counter intelligence investigation under the auspices of “whether individuals associated with the Donald J. Trump for President Campaign were coordinating, wittingly or unwittingly, with the Russian government’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.”  You can’t make this stuff up.

There is no point in spying on the opposing party’s presidential campaign without a super-cool codename, so Operation Crossfire Hurricane was born.  Whether Mick Jagger was consulted is unclear, but the point was unmistaken.  A crossfire hurricane was going to take out Trump.  That was all well and good for the Trump campaign, but what about Flynn?  Nobody calls out Obama and gets away with it.  So, two weeks later Flynn got his own operation with an equally super-cool codename, Crossfire Razor.  Razor, get it, cause it cuts.

This dangerously inane operation’s stated goal was to determine if Flynn was “directed and controlled by/ and or coordinated activities with the Russian Federation in a manner which is a threat to national security.” Someone actually wrote that with a straight face.  So now criticizing a guy who can’t make a three-foot putt is suddenly a threat to national security.

Four months and all sorts of herculean efforts later, the FBI couldn’t link criticizing the president with criminal activity.  So, with tears in his eyes, Agent William Barnett Jr. drafted a closing communication to shut down the investigation.  Joe Pientka (this jabroney’s role was just getting started) wailed in agony and bemoaned the unfairness of it all, yet he affixed his name as the approving agent.  Crossfire Razor was about to exit into the dustbin of history.  Not so fast.  The Seventh Floor, the C-Suite of the FBI had other ideas.  Obama wanted this guy and they were there to do his bidding.   FBI Director James Comey and his Deputy Andrew McCabe quashed the closing.   Crossfire Razor, yes, the one that cuts, was back in business.

Deputy Director Andrew McCabe reached out to Mary McCord, his counterpart at the DOJ to joyfully relay the news. The FBI needed another co-conspirator to join the already assembled Big 3, FBI. CIA and Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), so McCord was enlisted.  More importantly, her boss, the Attorney General, at least for the next 2 weeks, Sally Yates was also about to be enlisted, but by a much higher power.

The next day, January 5th, our gal Sal went to a West Wing meeting with the President, Vice President, the National Security Advisor Susan Rice and the heads of the Big 3, Comey,  John Brennan, the communist voting head of the CIA1,  and James Clapper, the woefully unintelligent Director of National Intelligence . The purpose of the meeting was ostensibly to brief the President about Russian interference in the election.  Obama’s real purpose was to continue to ramp up the pressure on Flynn.  The meeting started with Obama telling Biden “Joe, sit over there, I can’t concentrate with you sniffing the AG’s hair.”  With the seating chart properly arranged the boring briefing droned on and the meeting was officially adjourned, and the equally boring staff dismissed.  Wit a tic, Obama asked a select few to stick around.

During the after meeting –just like parties and after parties, the fun stuff happens at the after meeting and only the cool kids get to go– Yates tells us Obama admitted he had learned about “information about Flynn,” alluding to Flynn’s phone calls with the Russian Ambassador, Sergei Kislyak, in late December, 2016.  Because of this, he also wanted to know if Flynn should be treated differently by the outgoing White House staff.  Sally was so surprised by this revelation she couldn’t recall how Comey answered but she remembered something about the Logan Act.   Of course, it is not unusual for an incoming National Security Advisor to reach out to his foreign counterparts which is what Flynn was doing.  But when it came to Flynn, everything was unusual.

Susan Rice memorialized this after meeting in the infamous “notes to file” email she sent to herself where it is officially revealed what everybody already knew.  The email was doubly curious because it chronicled a meeting that occurred 2 weeks prior and was recorded after the Obama administration had officially ended. (Devolving into the Susan Rice stink storm would require a novel. I don’t write novels.)  In addition to her three “by the book” references, she gives the game away about Flynn.  In the unredacted part that was released yesterday she reveals that Comey had concerns about Flynn and that the National Security Council should “potentially” not pass sensitive information related to Russia.  That is why Crossfire Razor wasn’t closed.  It wasn’t “utter incompetence (that) actually helps us” as Peter Strozk claimed, it was Jim Comey continuing a witch hunt prescribed by his boss.  Can you imagine the reaction in that room if Comey announced that the investigation into Flynn had been officially closed?  One thing is for sure.   Trump would not have been the one to fire Comey.

Another interesting thing about that email.  Rice says the participants were her, Obama, Biden Comey and Yates.   Yates, in her sworn statement, says it was just her, Obama and Comey.  Was Sally lying?  Is she guilty of perjury?  The question is ridiculous but if Mike Flynn can be dragged through 3 years of hell for a nothing burger, why can’t an Obama sycophant suffer the same fate?  Regardless the wheels were in motion.

On January 13, 2017, David Ignatius published a column in the Washington Post that contains a reference to communications Michael Flynn had with the Russians.  Apparently, this column just happened to be published. Just dropped out of the sky.   Any mention of how Ignatius happened to come into possession of a top secret transcript?  Coincidence?  Of course.  Something untoward going on?  Of course not.  It would be illegal to leak classified information to the press.  Everyone knows the most transparent, scandal free administration in history when never do anything like that.  Conclusion:  Comey leaked it.  Or maybe Brennan leaked it.  Or Clapper leaked it.  Maybe Yates leaked it.  McCabe, McCord?  Or was it somebody else?  The conspiracy was sufficiently big enough for anyone of 30 people to have leaked it.  We will never know, but it would turn out to be the final nail in Flynn’s coffin.

Some background is in order.  Obama imposed sanctions on Russia in December 2016.  As Comey testified before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 2, 2017.  They were waiting (hoping?) for the Russians to react.  The lack of reaction was puzzling to our top cop.  Could it be that the Russians were just going to wait 2 weeks for the new administration and take it up then?  Of course not.  Every right-thinking person knows the best course is to tirelessly work through the holidays, only to throw all that work away by the 20th of January.  Once again Comey was lying.  The deep-staters wanted the Russians to throw a hissy fit and let Trump or his administration react to it.  When the Russians failed to play their part, they needed a Plan B.  Hence the Flynn call.  “Tell Vladimir I need more space,” Flynn whispered to Kislyak,  after [Redacted] I will have more flexibility.”  Kislyak responded that he “understood the need for space.”  Oh wait, that was Obama talking to Putin’s number 2 Dmitri Medvedev back in 2012 when he wrongly assumed the microphone was turned off.  Of course, that was just Obama being presidential.

What Flynn actually said was, actually, we don’t know what Flynn said because the transcript hasn’t been released.  This is ridiculous.  Everything about this is ridiculous.  The vast array of the federal government was trained on one person.  Flynn was completely unaware as crimes he did not commit were being manufactured in the dark.

I said I don’t write novels, but this seems to be turning into one.  Part 2 will deal with the deep states efforts to turn an innocent phone call into a crime)

All well and good to shout it from the rooftops, but a swamp creature being eaten by other swamp creatures is what should be expected.
Unless the perps are going to Leavenworth or being summarily shot by tribunal, who cares ? The swamp creatures are still among us.
And if you do care, lead the charge to the palace and topple this shit.
Tired of hearing about DC’s corruption and underhandedness, it’s yesterday’s news and is to be expected as is being eaten by the swamp creatures.
What ? think they are honorable or something ?
Sorry Op if you mean well, but if you’re a Political hack buzz off.
But but but, he is in the military…. so what? he was part of the swamp willingly…. like the military and cops are a special class of people separate from the rest of us when it comes to being screwed over by the same. It’s a good lesson to learn if Flynn just happened to be an honorable man, don’t get in bed with snakes. If he was less than honorable then he got what he deserved.

Nobody gets a star, much less 3 of them, without playing a lot of politics. At that level, politics & connections are all that keeps you in the service.

Yeah the swamp, politics, republican, democrat, corporate lobbyists appointed officials, generals and admirals who can stomach the corruption, funny how Flynn was not purged with the 200 other high ranking military, wonder why ? but but patriotism… not shedding any tears for Flynn , he wanted to be part of it, instead of waking up to the fact the Obama admin was an enemy of the country, are generals supposed to be ignorant also ?

There are a lot of bird’s in the AF that did not fully play the game and got their eagles by being good at their jobs. My nephew was told he could get a star, but would have to leave the cockpit. He decided to stay in the plane and had no interest in flying a desk. I also know a lot of Fedex pilots who flew their twenty, retired and started making the big bucks flying packages.

Enjoy your articles, Skinny. Looking forward to Part 2.

The “dash of spit” makes it fun. Like jousting with your buddies over beers.

And the timeline is a continuum of fascinating and ridiculously unfortunate events from the time Trump descended the escalator in 2015. And even before.

Then, in 2016, as the Hildabeast, and her army of superdelegates, sent Bernieclaus back down the chimney. Next, the malicious murder of Seth Rich in June of that year followed by The Snakes on a Plane meeting (between Lynch and Slick Willy) after the first FISA warrant on Team Trump was denied.

Now it appears Rice’s Inauguration Day 2017 memo was an inept and harried attempt to provide cover two-ways: both up and down.

What I find most interesting today, though, is what took place in May of 2016: The inaugural ID2020 summit

In May 2016, at the United Nations Headquarters in NY, the inaugural ID2020 Summit brought together over 400 people to discuss how to provide a unique digital identity to everyone on the planet, including the 1.5 billion people living without any form of recognized identification.

Since I posted my above comment in haste last night prior to hitting the hay, I wanted to make a CORRECTION:

First FISA denied and followed by Snakes on a Plane in June, 2016 then Rich killed in July.

Just want to throw this clip on here to flow with your 2016 mem0robalia.
From where…..but Phoenix:

I stutter around on here trying to somehow articulate what I believe the world is now up against at an ever increasing level, then, as if on cue, I come across this post today. It’s a bit long, and may not be of interest to you, but I do believe the ‘evidence of things not seen’ coordinating events is getting to be too much, IMHO.

The Book of Enoch, Babylon, and Reopening the Gates of the Gods (PART 2 OF “OPENING ENOCH’S DOORS”)

Embedded about three quarters of the way down the article is a 25 min. video of Dr. Michael Heiser:

off topic but since flynn is foreign intel,i’ll put it here–
ag barr has officially stated that the attack last year at pensacola naval air station was an al-qaida–

NAS Pensacola Murders Ordered by al-Qaida
Thomas Gallatin

Attorney General William Barr announced on Monday that Mohammed Alshamrani, the Royal Saudi Air Force 2nd lieutenant studying at Naval Air Station Pensacola who shot and kill three U.S. Navy sailors last December, was not a “lone wolf” but was in fact acting in direct coordination with al-Qaida. Barr explained that the FBI was able to make this determination via data retrieved from his Apple cellphones.

“The phones contained information previously unknown to us that definitively establishes Alshamrani’s significant ties to al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula [AQAP], not only before the attack, but before he even arrived in the United States,” Barr stated. “We now have a clearer understanding of Alshamrani’s associations and activities in the years, months and days leading up to the attack.”

Barr further noted, “It was clear at the time that the phones were likely to contain very important information. Indeed, Alshamrani attempted to destroy both of the phones, even going so far as to disengage from the gunfight long enough to fire a bullet into one of the phones.”

Alshamrani had become radicalized by the time he first made contact with an al-Qaida operative in 2015. His objective for entering the U.S. was to carry out a terrorist attack, which was planned with the help of al-Qaida. As noted by FBI Director Christopher Wray, “The evidence we have been able to develop from the killer’s devices shows that the Pensacola attack was actually the brutal culmination of years of planning and preparation by a longtime AQAP associate.”

Other than confirming that the Navy Air Station attack was indeed an act of jihadi terrorism, the Justice Department’s announcement also highlighted an important development — that the FBI was able to access the encrypted data on Alshamrani’s cellphones without Apple’s help. Barr pointedly noted, “Unfortunately, Apple would not help us unlock the phones.” Indeed, the FBI has been in an ongoing legal dispute with Apple to break into encrypted iPhones ever since the San Bernardino terrorist attack. It now appears this case may be moot if the FBI has developed its own abilities to break into encrypted iPhones.

“Now that the FBI has this knowledge, where else might they apply it?” asks Hot Air’s Ed Morrissey. “Apple had resisted cooperating on this case in part to preserve its customers’ privacy, and probably in part because of the FBI’s declining reputation for respecting the boundaries of law. The recent revelations on Operation Crossfire Hurricane and FISA warrant practices won’t boost confidence in the FBI’s ability to get past that encryption now either, even if in this case they unlocked critical information that reminds us of the threat al-Qaeda still poses
