Well, we’ll get know help from the Keystone Cops in Atlanta. 292 arrests over the past couple of days, and NOT ONE for any property damage. Virtually all for curfew violations and only 2 for assault/battery (not theft/property-related). I guarantee that private security folks would not have let this kind of shit happen, and insurance companies, if taking their proper role in the process, would not stop until destroyers could be identified from all the posted cell-phone videos, overhead cameras, street cameras, intersection cameras, etc. and prosecuted.

Many insurance policies exempt damage due to riots, so the owner of the property is on his own.
