That doesn’t mean the law is enforced. This census subject is as valid as your attempts to create a tempest from Trump’s mask statement BTW.
We filled out the census earlier this year, and nowhere on there did it ask for whether we were legal or illegal citizens. So there is no way for anyone to know how many illegals to exclude – so it’s likely to be litigated away or just ignored by the people actually counting. This was nothing but an election year gimmick to fool people.
