I am a senior with breathing issues due to getting a lung disease a couple of years ago. I am not afraid of the virus as if I get it I get it. I die or live. However, I have not had the flu in over 35 years. My Secret to avoiding a virus is to take 5000IU. of vitamin D3 for 5-6 days a week to keep my levels high. Having enough vitamin D3 in the body keeps the immune system from being static. Your Doctor can test your levels of D3 but you need to be at the high end of the scale which is 20nm-80nm. Your Doctor will tell you if you are 20nm or a little above you are fine. That is not true if you want your immune system to destroy a virus when it enters the body. You must have levels at the high end of the scale.
I have been in hot spots for the corona virus all over Arizona for the last several months and have not had an issue and do not wear a mask. I went anywhere I pleased as normal. It appears that some people that get the virus are getting blood clots in their lungs which has been the reason they die. Cayenne pepper will dissolve the blood clots which will allow the blood to flow freely. If I had the virus I would eat cayenne pepper 4-6 times a day. Make a tea of it. I am not a Dr. but have researched cures for disease for over 14 years and found quickly that modern medicine does not have a cure for most disease. However, natural medicine has cures for most disease!
Many cures for disease are suppressed because they are cheap and work. There have been cures for Cancer for over a 100 years. Doctors in the 1800s cured every case of cancer that walked through their doors. These Doctors wrote books in the 1920s and told how they cured people of Cancer and other disease. Modern medicine is big money due to the Rockefeller family hijacking the training of Doctors in to 1920s and making them study only AMA approved curriculum. Only chemical made drugs are allowed to be prescribed to people now which if taken long term will saturate the body eventually and kill the body. 200,000 or more people die each year in the U.S. due to chemical overload. That is outrageous so called professionals are allowed to kill people as they are supposed to do no harm according to their oath. This is murder by design when there are plenty of natural inexpensive ways to heal the body without harming it.

That’s a whole book in itself. It’s all connected. The chemical meds are mostly Petro based or petro is needed for the energy to process them. He owned the petro business from well to finished product. In addition he made Psychiatry and Psychology a business and had the AMA accept them as MD’s. As a result we now have the even more dangerous Para-Psychiatry business running roughshod over us in the form of “Counseling” “Therapists” who diagnose kids etc.

I just went round and round with my VA doc (when I see him I don’t know whether to burp him or shake his hand).
I firmly have refused the constant harangue to take a flu shot, a pneumonia shot, a shingles shot, take blood pressure medicine (I’m in the 140’s & 70’s range) take another prescription for my occasional Acid Reflux (I cure it with Ginger Tea & Apple Cider Vinegar with a pinch of baking soda).
Oh yea, once he wanted to give me something to help my occasional insomnia…I had never heard of it, when I researched it, it was an SSRI! I couldn’t believe he would casually try and pump that shit into me. I went off the handle and hand carried the unopened bottle back in.
It seems to bother them to no end I’m 70 and not taking any vaccines or prescriptions, and I always go for the diet/natural cures.
Now, they did take 7 polyps out of my sewer system, and they did sew me back up after a brief dance with a chain saw (the chain saw led) but otherwise I’m not taking any of their poisons.
The Rockefellers are from the pit of hell, and that is where they are going to end up in for eternity to the 10th power.

After my first two heart attacks (Had #2 while in ICU for #1)
I had bad acid reflux so they gave me one of those anti-depressants in generic form. Didn’t recognize the generic name but 3 days later I noticed I could neither be happy or sad or even upset. Looked it up and stopped immediately. Had a senior moment and can’t recall the name.
