Decades of studies have documented that a large majority (70% MOL) of information content in speech is non-verbal, communicated through facial expression, etc. Covering that content is infringement.
If “money” is speech, then so is facial expression.
I need an attorney that will take this case at no cost to me. I’ll go get fined/arrested and pay it. but I can’t pay tens of thousands, etc. to go to the Supreme Court.
Some of us have hearing impairments. This mask lunacy makes understanding clear, concise speech difficult, turning it into muffled mumbles. If it infuriates me, think of how others, especially the deaf must feel.
I had a lunatic yesterday asking where are the frearers, I said what was that, he says frearers again through his diaper muzzle. I then said take your mask off with expressed visual anger because I can’t understand a word he’s saying, he then did, but hesitated with doing it and finally says ” Freezers” . I told him 6 weeks wait time, he left wearing his diaper proudly.
I get phone calls from people at home wearing them and I can’t understand a word from them and I just hang up now, it’s not worth it anymore.
They now have face shields for us to wear, I wear it, I can actually breath, it does absolutely nothing but does allow me to breath.
I applied for an ADA accommodation, but they only offer no job without pay. I cancelled request.
How any of this shit is legal, I have no idea.

Yesterday I had to go to the vet to pick up dog meds. No one allowed in the lobby, they come to you while you sit in your car. In the car next to me was an elderly couple, windows rolled up, masks firmly in place. How they managed to breathe with those face coverings intrigued me. The fear is palpable with many people.
Cloth masks are germ vectors, much greater than paper masks. Infections, specifically upper respiratory staph infections are much higher with cloth mask wearers.

When forced out of necessity to mask up I wear my old cowboy red bandanna. I have an almost overwhelming urge to strap on my peacemaker and stroll into the store next time.
Where I live plenty of people open carry. Many also wear bandanas.

Interesting that you make that connection. Islam mandates that women are inferior to men and must cover themselves, presumably to keep men from raping them should they be uncovered. It is control and forced submission. Eating while wearing a mask is impossible, yet women must figure out a way to do so or else eat only at home in the women’s quarters. Speech, hearing and sight are also impaired, so women aren’t capable of offering much resistance or running free. It also dehumanizes them, removes any individuality or opportunity to express themselves freely. The burqa reduces women to the status of domestic animals.
Forcing people to wear masks is forcing them to accept Sharia law.

As a retirement job I am driving a school bus. I am required to wear a mask. I also wear glasses that will fog up if I am wearing a mask. I can’t wear both. Right now the message I am getting is that it is more important to impeded my ability to breathe than ensure I can see the controls and road with a bus load of kids.

I drive a school bus part-time for my local township. We’re also required to mask up and so are the kids.
I won’t be wearing it properly and don’t care. My nose will be sticking out to breathe because during the summer that 53 passenger bus I drive has no A/C. When the first anoxia victim wrecks a bus with kids aboard the idiots running the show will jump through their collectivist asses about dead kids. I know of at least one driver who passed out from heat exhaustion anoxia with a mask on, and worse still, he was driving with a plexiglass barrier installed that impeded air circulation. The stupid will happen, bank on it.
