If Trump and his people do indeed have solid proof of massive voting machine fraud – I suspect they do – he has no choice but to declare martial law and call on the citizens to support him, followed by mass arrests and confiscations of all of the assets of those in any way involved or witting of the conspiracy. Of course, the mainstream media will have to be shut down until it can be purged. Trump can’t turn over the government to a gang of criminals and traitors if he knows for a fact what they have done. End of story.
If he has the proof he needs to call the entire Supreme Court to the White House, lay it out, and inform them that they can either approve of his actions as a matter of national security and extreme danger to the republic, or they will find themselves co-conspirators, with all that the status implies. Any other course of action by Trump will constitute not merely cowardice, dereliction of duty, and a violation of his oath of office. It would be outright treason.
If he does not have this proof, but is convinced that the election was stolen, he can roll the dice with martial law or simply depart Washington after laying out his evidence and calling on the American people to refuse to recognize the Biden regime.
The idea of any sort of “unity” or “healing” is, at this point, a joke in very poor taste. This is not a time for the famous “civility” that the Democrats and RINO’s are so eager to shove up our backsides.
If Trump knowingly allows this band of Communists and lunatics to seize power in Washington, he will go down in history as the most despicable figure in American history.
Of course, if Biden did, by chance, win in a legitimate vote, then let the American people drink that cup to the very dregs. Their descendants, if they have any, will curse them forever.

Sage – I always respect your writings. It is obvious you have some very deep connections to government in your past & have a habit of seeing through the BS. I have been saying for a while, it is time for Trump to present the evidence of fraud to the American People. His team has pressers and Rudy continues to spout that this is the most corrupt election ever, but all they do is make innuendos, speak in general terms of fraud and present affidavits from individuals who were involved in the election.
I suspect the truth lies in the computers. Someone needs to impound them and do a deep forensic search for the algorithms, unless they have already been purged of incriminating evidence. They also have the ability to look for any shenanigans that went through the internet, but which government entity does Trump trust enough to search the metadata?
Implementation of the Insurrection Act and declaring martial law will backfire on Trump, unless he has iron clad evidence and he should tread lightly with such a bold move. Time is not his friend.

They only stopped the voting in the 4 States in a few counties that mattered. Trump broke the algorithm so he could still win because it was a fucking landslide. They cheated in the contested counties.

More and more states will be certifying their election results in the coming 2 weeks and combined with the media, they will hammer it home that Biden won and Trump is a sore loser. You don’t have to lay out the entire case, but something more than an affidavit from a poll worker that nobody knows. Show just a smidgen of interaction from the hard drives seized in Europe and you have evidence of foreign interference.

The reality is that the odds of there being enough evidence that can be found in a short time, combined with the numbers of people working feverishly to oppose every move, makes it very unlikely that the court cases will succeed.

Trump’s best chance isn’t that recounts or audits, court-ordered or otherwise, would prove him the winner in enough states to get to 270. It’s that the fraud will be sufficiently demonstrated that several states can’t select electors and it’s thrown to the House in a contingent election. Looks like 27 states’ delegations will have GOP majorities, 19 will have democrat majorities and 4 will be tied. At least that wouldn’t be boring.

This is what I expect to happen:
A-Trump’s massive ego won’t let him accept defeat, so he’s creating the myth of a stolen election. This will allow him to leave Washington while still claiming to be the true winner.
B-near inaugeration day, he will cut loose a flurry of pardons. Then he will resign 24 hours before inaugeration day, and President Pence will pardon Trump on his first & last day in office.
(of course, this pardon won’t protect him from any potential state charges).
C-Trump will spend the rest of his life on some golf course pontificating about “the greatest presidency ever”.
D-Oh, and what of his vocal supporters out in the streets?
