The Gray Curtain Descends, Part 2

It’s secession or war.

Guest post by Robert Gore at Straight Line Logic

Part 1

Four days after the election, a woman calling herself OHMama posted “I Am Done” on The Burning Platform website. It was the site’s most read article of 2020. SLL and many other websites reposted it. It was raw, explosive anger and a profoundly moving lament; OHMama was clearly at the end of her rope. The closing paragraph packed a wallop.

I was raised to be a lady, and ladies don’t curse, but fuck these motherfuckers to hell and back for what they’ve done to me, and mine, and my country. All we Joe Blow Americans ever wanted was a little patch of land to raise a family, a job to pay the bills, and at least some illusion of freedom, and even that was too much for these human parasites. They want it all, mind, body and soul. Damn them. Damn them all.

OHMama gave voice to what’s beneath the surface for so many of us—abject disgust, barely contained fury, and dread of what’s to come. She claimed her own life to live it as she sees fit, and damn them, damn them all, who presume to rule us.

That anger surfaced in Washington on January 6. The protest and raid of the Capitol were illuminating in several ways. They defined the two sides: the government, its string-pullers, and its allies versus those who despise and oppose them.

The Saul Alinsky line was crossed, setting an important precedent. His acolytes insist their enemies live by their own rules while exempting themselves from any rules other than those that secure power. Playing by the rules when the opposition doesn’t is a guaranteed loser. Caring what they think of you is craven. Cowering when they call you hypocrites is unilateral surrender. Going forward, Alinsky’s acolytes may face an opposition that plays by the same rules they do—those necessary to secure power.

The Capitol raid scared the crap out of uniparty politicians, witness the hysterical overreaction. Given what they and their accomplices have done to Americans and people around the world, they should live in perpetual, mortal terror. Unfortunately, their cowardice outruns their brains. Instead of responding to the message they’ll shoot the messenger and clamp down harder.

Legacy media was filled with paeans to our “sacred” government and its “temples,” deploring the “sacrilege” of those who “desecrated” and “defiled” them. What absolute tripe! Washington is a Corruptocracy, a moral cesspool. Anything sacred would have been vandalized or torn down by the mobs allowed to run riot last year. They would have toppled the Washington Monument if they could have figured out how.

Americans who build businesses or pursue careers honestly producing goods and services for voluntary trade are engaging in activities far more sacred than anything that goes on in the capital. Millions of parents instill moral principles in their children, only to see those principles defiled daily by the government. Washington delenda est—if it were leveled and sown with salt America and the world would be better for it.

The corruptocrats’ ability to shore up the debt-riddled global financial and economic systems with ever more debt has astounded skeptics, among them SLL. The debt load is many times annual global production and debt service is sucking up that production like a tapeworm sucks up its victim’s meals. Every financial asset is a debt or equity claim, and virtually every income stream and real asset—factories, real estate, houses, warehouses, inventories, office buildings, malls, etc.—has been pledged or mortgaged, often several times over.

We saw the global daisy chain unravel in 2008 and 2009 and the system is daisy-chainier now. If you’re looking for canaries in the coal mine, watch the yields on sovereign debt. Once they really start to climb it’s game over. The devastation will be unprecedented and epic.

Collapse will decimate over-indebted, non-productive governments that have made promises they can’t keep to millions of their citizens. That may be part of a plan to destroy national governments and generate clamor for totalitarian global government. Yet, every tyranny confronts the question: who is going to host its predation and parasitism if the disobedient but productive (there is a correlation) have been imprisoned or executed? Slavery is notoriously unproductive.

Globo-government will be in the same position as the national governments it supersedes—bankrupt, bereft of resources, and unable to produce anything other than fiat debt instruments. Dispensing a steadily depreciating universal basic income will be problematic. Not that it will bother globo-government if billions of its wards die of poverty and starvation. The bigger concern will be securing the resources necessary for surveillance and suppression of the remaining enslaved.

Enfeebled or failed governments of any stripe engender both chaos and opportunity. Collapse and chaos will be huge blows to governments, the perpetual enemies of liberty, but could be a game changer for the liberty-minded, who are well-advised to wait for the bubble to burst.

Chaos will require preparation by those who want to capitalize on the opportunity. Many alternative media sites stress personal preparation and establishing local networks, and offer valuable strategies and advice. Readers are invited to list their favorites in the comments section. No one can prepare for every contingency, but if you haven’t prepared for the most obvious ones—grid down, lack of access to food and water, etc.—now is the time to do so.

If governments are the enemy and are destined to collapse, then the opposition should do everything possible to hasten that collapse. In the US, twenty-five million people, about a third of Trump’s voters, simultaneously withdrawing their financially intermediated assets would spread panic across our massively over-leveraged, inextricably interconnected globe. (For more, see Revolution in America, Robert Gore, SLL, January 7, 2015.)

There’s a powerful inducement for preemptive withdrawal: the front of the line is the best place to be during a bank run (other than not being in line at all). The bank run is inevitable, the question is whether or not you want to be its victim. This strategy is legal, effective, nonviolent, and hits governments where they are weakest—their insolvency and inability to produce.

Our opponents have clearly defined goal—absolute power—and they are absolutely committed to subjugating or eliminating anyone who stands in their way. Until recently most of those on our side didn’t even realize we were at war.

Before such a war goes kinetic (the modern term for old-fashioned war where people get killed) and in the hope that it doesn’t, we need a clearly defined goal and a strategy to achieve it. The goal is the fundamental right of every human: the liberty to peaceably live one’s own life and pursue one’s own happiness. The strategy is more complicated.

Peacefully splitting the US into two or more countries when it is so irretrievably and irreconcilably riven is almost breathtaking in its common sense. You go your way and we’ll go ours appeals to both logic and justice. What could be fairer than to give people a choice?

Our side should never stop advocating for a peaceful split and our own territory. This does not mean advocating for insurrection and revolution, which would imply replacing the current government with one of our own. Why would we want to take possession of a cesspool government and rule over so many who hate us? Secession and liberty, not insurrection and revolution, are the goals. Leave the present government to the corruptocrats, their minions, and their dependents.

Most productive people would opt for liberty. Absolute power would have to feed, subjugate, and terrorize masses of subsistence-level slaves. It would be counting on enslaving the productive without reckoning on what replacing incentives with fear and coercion would do to their willingness to produce or their desire to stay. The totalitarians cannot allow a free alternative to coexist just across the border. Unfortunately, peaceful secession is a remote possibility, which means contemplating the alternative.

The government’s many senseless wars have demonstrated the effectiveness of guerrilla warfare against forces superior in every conventional metric: manpower, firepower, and technology. Among tens of millions of potential secessionists, many of them well-armed, there are members or veterans of the military with counterinsurgency experience. They’ve gone to school on guerrillas and their tactics. They’ll likely provide secessionist military leadership once the totalitarians’ war (and they will start it) goes kinetic.

Modern, decentralized technologies and weaponry will be a key component of secessionist strength. The war will be won more with brains and creativity than troop strength or bravado. Teams that can design and assemble weaponized drones and robots, experts in artificial intelligence, remote-control munitions specialists, and computer hackers will be more important military assets than platoons of AR-15 toting commandos.

These technologies will be essential to counter the opposition’s surveillance capabilities, infrastructure, and command and control systems. Secessionists who ignore next-generation technologies, believe they won’t be deployed against them, or fail to realize their offensive potential will be fighting the last war…and they will lose. These technologies are relatively cheap compared to traditional superpower weaponry; their biggest expense is the brainpower they incorporate. It’s a safe bet that among 70 plus million Trump voters and otherwise disaffected that kind of brainpower can be found.

Don’t assume that those within the present power structure, or the emerging globalist one, won’t use every weapon in their arsenal to preserve their hold on power, even at the cost of their own and humanity’s extinction. While the police and military may refuse to fire on their own kin and countrymen, it’s impossible to overestimate the suicidal depravity of the so-called humans issuing their orders. Thus, while conventional armaments, remote technologies, committed secessionists, and guerrilla warfare will be important and essential when kinetic war breaks out, they won’t, in and of themselves, guarantee victory. Too much faith that they will could in fact lead to the opposite outcome.

Along with a straightforward assessment of the opposition’s weaknesses and strengths and a realistic strategy for capitalizing on the former and neutralizing the latter, it’s time to convert current rage into a full-scale political movement. That doesn’t mean the pound-your-head-against-the-wall strategy of trying to win rigged elections. It does mean informing, persuading, and recruiting—the nitty gritty of building a political movement. Much of that building will have to be underground as public dissidence is canceled, corrected, and punished. One of the Viet Cong’s key assets was its political arm, the National Liberation Front, to which they gave much of the credit for their success in the Vietnam war.

Most of the necessary technical brainpower will be found among the young. Right now, the average secessionist is over sixty, voted for Trump, owns plenty of firearms, and has vague notions of a mass movement of the like-minded either miraculously defeating the government or going out in a bolt-hole blaze of glory. That’s not a strategy, it’s a death wish.

It’s easier to carp about snowflakes and SJWs than it is to reach out and educate the open-minded among the young (yes, they are out there) to show them that they will be the primary victims of totalitarianism. The gray curtain is descending over their futures. They have to be inspired by the vision of something far better—their own freedom—if that gray curtain is not to become their gray shroud. You can do worse than give them copies of the Declaration of Independence, The Road to Serfdom, and Atlas Shrugged.

It’s not necessary to change the thinking of every member of Generations X, Y, and Z, or even a majority. What’s essential is to make connections and form alliances with some of the best, brightest, and bravest, to inspire their commitment to their own freedom and future. Start with your own children and grandchildren, and remember that listening is a big part of persuasion. To be understood one must first understand.

Nothing will be fair about the coming fight. It’s no use whining about the other side’s lack of principles, its lies, hypocrisy, unfairness, ruthlessness, and control of virtually every important institution. They’re evil totalitarians, what the hell do we expect? Their principle is absolute power and they’ll do whatever is necessary to acquire and keep it.

Ashli Babbitt’s death, if it is to mean anything at all, should be the cold slap of reality across the faces of those who haven’t grasped the nature of what we face. To ignore the risk that breaching an Imperial Sanctum would be met with violence was pure foolishness. The demonstrators who entered the Capitol could have been murdered en masse. Any expectation that their murderers would receive justice from the Corruptocracy would be delusional naiveté.

No more foolishness or naiveté. Any supposedly peaceful protest will be infiltrated by agent provocateurs bent on making trouble for our cause (including the protests being advertised for next week). The totalitarians will do what they do until they’re completely defeated. This is war, which calls for the unremitting exercise of cold, ruthless rationality. We will administer justice and show mercy when appropriate, but we will expect or receive neither from the other side.

Let’s get on with it.

It’s reported Washington, DC will be in full lockdown for the supposed Biden inauguration next week and that no persons will be allowed in the National Mall. There are also stories that there are military forces being deployed across the US in all 50 states. This seems to indicate there’s something else going on in the US right now. Does this seem normal for presidential inauguration?

I pray it’s a signal of something good to come, and hope it’s not Democrats and Biden using the military to force dictatorship and the Great Reset on America.

Welcome your new senile insect overlord and his entourage. Enjoy the inauguration show, replete with Lady Gaga and Tom Hanks as MC….lots of entertainment is scheduled, some song and dance routine and then a dog and pony show the likes of which has never been seen before. Don’t mind the 26,000 troops with rifles and sundry, they’re guarding an empty city, keeping the politicians safe from the peasants. Remember that food stamps are stimulus, your vaccine is free and you will learn to love mealworms. Let the Hunger Games commence.

Agenda 21/30, now currently in place, aka: The Great Reset. They ( your rulers) want you eating bugs while they feast on prime rib and adrenochrome. It’s the Communist Way. Largest insect factory in the world just opened in France. Every goal of the globalists will now be put into place. .and…..you will like it.

Ÿnsect cultivates mealworm under its own patented process to make digestible protein and fertilizer products. These products can replace animal proteins currently used by fish and livestock farms, as well as animals proteins for pet food and fertilizers.

Remember Schwab’s little video where ‘they’ tell you that you will eat less meat and you’ll be happy?

https://bigcountryexpatoriginal.blogspot.com/2021/01/ok-thats-lot-of-troops.html now up to 30,000 troops with Stryker’s and other “armor”….which seems overkill vs. Bubba’s with AR’s and deer rifles. As this article points out….seems like “they” are preparing for a siege/permanent armed camp in DC.

So either something massive is underway or the Deep State is going hard dictatorship from day 1. I guess we will find out shortly.

Excellent article from Robert as always, though I don’t think separation will work. Unlike the old South, which was easily geographically defined or by Slave/Non-Slave state where separation was realistic the USA is now a very mixed society. Here in MT……Missoula is a granola hippy town and Bozeangeles is filled with Northwest libs and CA commies. Even here in the American Redoubt Rural vs. Urban plays out the same as Nationally.

Lots of fine patriotic folk in IL crushed by Chi-Raq. Old Virginia is an abomination in Fairfax and Richmond and C-Ville but great in the rest of the state…..separation is impossible absent some sort of India-Pakistan-Bangladesh migration and that turned bloody quickly.

I think as a 4th Turning the territory holds together with one victor going forward. Good luck.

It always shocks me when I see the scrawny ass cattle in TX, Fl etc….feed the damn things! In Livingston, you can walk down Mainstreet with a big pistol on your hip and not get a second glance….Bozeman the Karen’s would be having a conniption fit.

After Josip Broz Tito died the Communist dictatorship evolved into a federation of states that elected its leadership on a rotational basis. The competing economic, political, and ethnic divisions within the Communist Party fractured the federation because the Serbians literally controlled the Party and military.
A trickle became a flood and the whole dam burst as the Yugoslav Army attempted to maintain the breakaway states. Bosnia-Herzegovina suffered the worst because it had a large diversity of non-Serbian population. The converted nuclear plant in Tuzla, the international airport in Sarajevo, and the military airstrip in Butmir district outside of town were important infrastructure targets to keep.

We will see the same thing happen in the US. Why are we any different?
If America becomes ungovernable it’s not beyond the pale to think the America-hating, useful quisling fools governing us would refuse foreign assistance.

The “something” they fear is righteous retribution.
EVERYTHING they’ve accused others of doing they’ve already committed themselves, and given the chance, will do even worse.
We’re dealing with sociopaths, criminals, blind hypocrites, pedophiles, and downright evil twisted people who know, even in their basest of moments, what they’re doing is innately destructive of the social order – but they don’t care.

Knocking Zappa’s brick wall down won’t be easy but it will be an eminently satisfying thing to upend the chairs, burn the curtains, and permanently roust the proprietors in a fit of rage when the time comes.

Trumps 2018 EO has the main element in place for action. What has been happening lately is very telling, tho could also be forgotten history. News dribbles from the WH have just recently made clear, with apparent evidence, that foreign actors like China, Italy and Iran have involved themselves directly in the 2020 election Fraud. Most importantly, the Director of National Intelligence has stated this publically. His agreement on interference is a trigger for the EO which could be invoked via martial law (also being reviewed legally via Mike Lindell as proxy).

Just sayin. But I thought the SCOTUS would save us too…..

No, not really. I fully understand that when I stop paying, they will want my property. I’m asking by what mechanism(s) will they enforce it? If there are no wages to garnish that’s a bust. Already have a passport. They can put a lien on it but I can still occupy the property.

The answer I’m looking for, gentlemen, is that they will send a man with a gun to make me leave. But, what if I have a gun too? Then what? See where I’m going with this?

That’s fair. IF they have any idea I might be dangerous. Maybe I’ve never really been dangerous and I’m just a person who has finally had too much. And if I’m waaaaay out in the country, it’s doubtful they are better armed and equipped. At least not locally.

You know how people are saying not to go to the capitals this weekend because it’s a FF? “Don’t go fight on their terms.” That sort of thing? Maybe this would be bringing them to me to fight on MY terms.

So many folks are always saying things like “this won’t stand” or “we should do something”. When will we get to the doing stage? Maybe this would be one person’s way of doing something. And you’re right, I may die if I fight them. But I would argue that we all die and at least I’d be going out on my terms. Thanks for the feedback.

Resister class? They…will drone your house with you in

Better you should move to a low tax area where a month tax
due = 1 yr. tax due. My mother lived an okay house/above average/
and paid 12-13K/year. Larger houses in her area could be double
that. That $ was ten years ago. Her house sold, as did mine, and we
early closed in the same home of the agent’s kitchen. Funny.
2012. The town had a monthly meeting last WED. and the plan
is to raise taxes 30% to pay for our rescue squad in the area.
That may bring me up to $15-1600./year. Woe is me.

Johan I got it the first time. Their thinking caps are not fastened. Yes they will get it eventually. Take a few with you.

And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.

It varies by state, but after a period of not paying you property taxes (2 – 5 years), there will be a sheriff’s sale with your property going to the highest bidder. You will then be served with eviction papers telling you when to be gone. If you are not out, the sheriff will send deputies to physically remove you and toss all of your belongings to the curb. If you leave to go get a truck to move them, the vultures will descend and take anything worth having. I have seen it with my own eyes.

One thoroughly believes that once he has taken something it is his and will lie and fight like a tiger to keep his ill gotten gains. It’s pretty much urban/rural now, instead of state/state. Too sporadic geographically to actually work. Intra-State county secession would be the only true way to accomplish it, and good frickin’ luck with that.
Better to face the reality of what’s coming.

Sigh. All right; Well if millions of Christian/Conservatives
So you think it’s sensible that that number of anybody is going to just uproot and head to an unknown place where they will immediately be a new entitlement group because the target destination is in no way able to handle such a massive influx. The locals will immediately be overwhelmed and voila, instant push back against these new interlopers, creating more of the same bullshit they are supposedly trying to ‘fix’. As if we haven’t been seeing this playing out in most of the rural areas already, with far less numbers spread out over quite an extended more time.
Need I go on, or do you need some more lessons?

How do you get half the country to move somewhere else?

the first thought that came to my mind too. In south central PA, all that could be seen for a couple hundred miles East West of the Mason Dixon were Trump Pence signs.
Cross over South of the Mason Dixon, and everywhere nothing but Biden Harris signs.

As Stuck pointed out, this isn’t the 1800s. Even if it was possible to accomplish peacefully splitting up 48 joined states into two or more countries, how is that accomplished geographically?

I think Red/Blue will have little if anything to do with the final outcome of balkanization. It will be based on culture. Keeping it local, as I think all tbings should be…i don’t care if my neighbor votes red or blue at all. Only about 50% participate in that fool’s errand.

In reference to the article that appeared here last week, I want them to share the same hill(s) to die on and a general agreement on lessor matters. Complete agreement is not important nor is it beneficial. As my preacher says to couples in counseling, “If you both agree on everything one of you isn’t needed”

This map from JayMan’s blog is based on settlement pattern of immigrants and would be a good starting point. comment image

Likewise, I have thought the footprint of the major divisions in NCAA athletics (Big12, SEC, ACC, etc) could provide a starting point because those institutions banded together based on cultural similarities.

The current lines are not based much on culture at all. The PA map Stucky used is the outline of land given to William Penn before the USA was even an idea. Starting with a map of Penn’s backyard is a poor choice in my opinion.

As I said, it’s a start and your map bears a strong resemblance to Yankeedom in the map I linked.

A few of those states also have more than 1 school in another conference.
Pitt is in the ACC so PA isn’t one contiguous blob. Yes, some of it is $ based but $ always factors in big decisions.

I don’t pretend to have the right answer to a philosophical discussion. My point is that current state boundaries are meaningless and mostly based on arbitrary maps hundreds of years old.

Commie cities within states also have rural areas. We may want to agitate
and demand change right now or else! Why bother? Enjoy your life,
(I say to all) and even consider early 19th century living. That can’t happen
in a city of millions. It can happen in rural areas. Think off grid (nightmare)
but one can do it. Regardless crooked politicians, one solar flare or EMP and
we are there. It is the big city dwellers that are in trouble. No one gives a darn

The map is ludicrous. I lived in NC from 1976-2018, in SC now. Lets venture into detail.

Eastern NC, with the exception of the coast, is a pig farming cesspool and votes that way. In Charlotte the old boy big $$$ neighborhoods – Eastover, Myers Park, Dilworth (sorta), Foxcroft, SouthPark & Barclay Downs are hardcore Red. The Raleigh, Winston, Durham & Greensboro ethbic areas are 90%+ Blue. Boone/Watauga County, all of 45-50K people, goes light blue due to the App State students voting, but Virginia Foxx (R) will represent the 5th in Congress as long as she runs.

So, NC is very, very red, excepting around 20-25% of its area.

A more accurate portrayal is to isolate urban areas like She-car-go (mom had a Western MD tidewater brogue), El Lay, et al and paint it Red elsewhere.

What is the question, how will the armed forces address food transport to urban areas vs. the vast countryside, plus will they confiscate crops and other foodstuffs (Holmodor) from us?

NC, where I reside (Mountains), reflects a voting pattern much like every other state…including the Mythical Texas. Urban areas vote Marxist/Progressive and the rural areas the Vichy-GOPee.

You know that answer. If a major disruption of the logistics chain occurs, naturally the rural areas get last dibs. We observed that during the Wuhan panic for the first couple of months. A lot of food stuffs were missing in our very rural WalMarts and grocery stores. Now if the Stasi-State decides to further its dekulakization pogrom (Wiping out small, independent businesses), well then who knows just how scarce items will become.

Naw, it’ll be healthy maggot protein and lots of delicious carbs.
Kind of like this:

“I feel like I’ve almost heard from everybody in the country on the potato bites,” said Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s global chief food innovation officer.

“It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare the potato bites, Matthews said, so they had to go. Ditching potatoes “was painful,” she said, noting that it was the right thing to do at the time.

The loss was particularly difficult for vegetarians, who already have limited choices in fast food. For some of them, Taco Hell has been a reliable go-to. In 2019, the chain debuted a vegetarian section on its menu board to help guide customers to its veggie items. It also makes it easy to modify orders to remove meat. The chain is also teaming up with Beyond Meat.

Not that Taco Hell is particularly nutritious or delicious ‘food’, you understand, just that it can be prepped quickly in factories and shipped out quickly.

You want bug-fries with that?

By comparison it makes Stuck’s “Two by Four” brand “Canned Coon” sound delicious.

I would imagine that very, very red in NC will be changing. I’m outside of Charlotte and most of my neighbors, including me, are transplants from the NE. Seems most are in the middle of the spectrum but I would suspect they lean Red. Me? I write in Ron Paul every election, so I guess my vote doesn’t count, but is sure gives me satisfaction not to vote for either of the clowns running for office.

With Covid lockdowns and even more taxes, people are fleeing NJ and NY and coming down here. They can’t build houses fast enough. A neighbor just sold theirs and they had 13 bids in one day and received over the asking price of $625K. Those inflows might no longer be the tax refugees with a liberty leaning mentality. A lot of those are going to bring their liberal politics down here.

Should be interesting though, because it seems everyone down here has multiple guns and are not afraid to display or use them. Let the games begin!

“We saw the global daisy chain unravel in 2008 and 2009 and the system is daisy-chainier now. ”

I just love that sentence.

Okay, now on to the meat.

I’ve pointed out that as far as I can tell, human beings are domesticated animals as much as any cow, dog or chicken. Yes, I know we have far more complex minds, a soul etc, but the behaviors are entirely formed by thousands and thousands of years of living in complex societies which are- for better or worse- very large plantations where humans are used for their industry and ability to provide for the masters in the very same way I raise hogs for bacon, dogs for protection, sheep for fiber. If I have learned one lesson in working with large domesticated animals it is this; it is far easier to control a herd than it is a single animal. When the herd gets loose, all it takes is a dog and a bucket of grain (the carrot and the stick) to get them back where I want them. When a single cow gets loose it becomes a challenge that can take hours- it’s dangerous, it never goes according to your plans, and you waste time and effort.

There is no way for an individual to win against a collective. But more importantly there is no way for a government to manage 75 million loose cows. The cost, the time, the effort, the risk makes it completely unwinnable.

When we dropped out as a family, we eliminated all debt and have never taken on a single dollar’s worth since. We tried to become as self reliant as possible and have increased that ability year after year. We learned from others and then began to pass on what we learned to others forming real bonds of genuine community. We looked to barter and trade at every single opportunity until our need for income dropped us below the poverty line, thus making us tax neutral (Federal taxes) while improving our quality of life year after year. And the more we became successful at what we did, the more it attracted others to us to see what it was that we were doing, and now many of those people have moved on to do the same thing, spreading that lifestyle/perspective/view further and further.

We don’t need them, they need us. We don’t have to live the way that they want us to, in fact we can live far better lives by rejecting everything that they are selling. We have Nature on our side, we don’t have to lie and threaten people to embrace a life of self-sufficiency, we merely have to walk the walk and lead by example.

The current system is far too complex, too thoroughly corrupt, too unhinged in it’s behavior and appearance to attract new adherents and all it has left is the enormous weight of habit and inertia that keeps people in it’s orbit because they aren’t aware of the options available.

Get out of debt. drop all support of anything and anybody that works against you- public schools, tech, media, big corporations, unregister to vote, stop buying anything you don’t absolutely need and when you do buy only from others who think like you, who support what’s valuable and good. Encourage others whenever you can, share your skills, your time and your surplus. Spend time with the ones you love and trust and give nothing back to those who support this degenerate and corrupt system that hates you. No smiles, no kindnesses, no trade, no help of any kind. Practice shunning, if someone you know who is an agent of the system approaches you, cross the street to avoid them. Do not share your thoughts with them, do not respond with destructive or violent acts, neither should you give them aid or comfort. Confound and retard them at every opportunity, like a loose cow that does not want to go back into the paddock make them exhaust their energies, time and patience whenever and wherever possible and do whatever you can to make them feel as unwanted and disliked as you can without causing yourself any mental, emotional or spiritual harm.

Be a loose cow.

All sage advice, and really and truly, not much of a sacrifice, except to just about every Trump supporter, self-identified conservative, and/or Christian. So much could have been accomplished to forestall our currently progressively perilous position. Just imagine had a boycott of the NFL four years ago actually occurred by the aforementioned demographics? Yes, ratings and attendance were mildly diminished…single digits. The symbolism would have far outpaced the strategic value, but as we all know, symbolism is a critical component of power projection. The above demographics wouldn’t follow Trump…they just expected Trump would take care of everything. Just like here in 80% voted for Trump Country, only a literal handful of us refuse to don the Covid-Burqa. The DemPervs Believe, and fight for it. Us? Meh………

I slowly stopped paying attention to various sports leagues over the years until I was down to just the NFL. That league has steadily became more and more unwatchable over the past 15 years or so. I finally decided to pull the plug on the NFL this year. I haven’t followed/watched my lifelong favorite team or any other NFL games/news in 2020. For the first time in my life I won’t be watching the Superbowl. I thought it would be difficult to go cold turkey, but it has actually been a great experience. You don’t have to do it in an overt way. I just pretend people are invisible. If you have half decent situational awareness, you’re probably aware of them long before they see you (you don’t become part of the borg by being alert) so you alter your course or just breeze by them. Pretending not to hear or see them works about 99% of the time. It is far easier and more effective than the pretend and bullshit strategy, but to each his own.

This has to be the best post yet. Anyone with a farm background will understand what you are saying immediately. We too have been doing the same things here in canukistan.

Learned to live more with less, learned to live independently, and practice the barter system. Help where help is needed to those of like mind and even the ignorant. Refuse helping the ideological communists in anything with anything but a warning that they will soon find themselves standing against a wall looking at a barrel, when the useful idiots are purged.

Unfortunately we sold our land, injuries made it impossible to manage anymore and now live in a small community. We live well below the poverty line but still live well, no debts of any kind. Summers I build CBG’s for a few dollars and flog them on the street near the weekend market, local coffee shop hangs them on their wall and I sell enough to make more than I need. the result of learning to live with less chinese made junk.

We try to be real Christians in all we do but that doesn’t mean we lose our brains and never think or question, quite the opposite. I will turn the signs, put sand in the gears and cause all manner of inconvenience to the enemy. My biggest fault is that I don’t run from confrontation or hardship, just won’t hide and won’t abandon my family or true friends.

We did the same. My last commercial property in Charlotte is slated for closing 1/25. BTW, the high end housing market is insane ($400-500/sq ft), as banking jobs (BoA & Wells) are beingh shipped “en masse” out of NYC to CLT, among other FL burgs.

We can always fall back on the oysters that surround us in the marsh so far as protein goes and have several farmers markets within a 20 minute drive, plus our greenhouse. However, we both vote to offset the Yankee A-Holes that have overrun HHI, our county’s largest municipality.

I strongly doubt that. For one, it goes against Agenda 21 and Agenda 30. The plan is to depopulate rural areas and put everyone into megacities. That they might attempt to build low income housing in the suburbs is probably but highly unlikely. After all, they have lots and lots and lots of vacant commercial real estate in the cities now and all of it perfect for the street shitters.

They call the city housing “pack and stack”. Like the tenements of NYC at the turn of the 20th century. They have a plan to herd people out of the rural areas. See the parts the western US that burned the past few years. Are they rebuilding or have those people left. They will keep burning until there are no more rural settlements. Keep an eye on the middle part of the US. Right now there is less snow on the ground than there has been in a long time.

There are cycles in the weather (climate) that the communist ecoterrorists want you to think is due to your driving a vehicle or manufacturing your toaster. I grew up in Alberta/Sask border town of Lloydminster and remember some years where we had winters start in September and get seven feet of snow. Other years we’d get an inch which made for some tough sled’n. My uncle who farmed in the N Battleford area always talked about cycles and related to winters where they tied ropes from the house to the barn so as to not get lost in the white out, and some years where they barely wore a jacket.

The burning is from gross mismanagement and not to herd people into stacked housing tenements. People leave rural areas because there are few high paying job prospects and you can’t afford all the ‘stuff’ people accumulate to themselves. How are you supposed to buy the house thats bigger than your parents?? The multiple vehicles, the side-by-side, bass boat, the harley, the two week vaca in Fiji, snow sleds, seasons tickets, eating dinners out never cooking meals, clothing binges and this is all before spending money on their kids ‘needs’.

Spent a short time in marine operations, bulk terminal, city life. When the kids were in the play ground a parent had to constantly be watching for two legged predators. Never been a city fan and gladly left that path with no regrets.

True, but the burning from recent fires had some very odd footprints. It’s not necessary to lecture TBP on the false “globull warming” crap they keep trying to push. It’s been hashed over ad nauseum here.

Divide the country by the county map. Every urban area has to apply for a passport to travel to the red counties, and they may trade their production for food, energy, etc. from the rest of the former USA. 2016 is probably a more accurate map due to irregularities in 2020 voting machines. One anecdote from Michigan is a woman knew personally 16 people who voted for Trump, but he received only 2 votes in her low population county.

OHMama

Very thought provoking piece. It is always interesting to consider the possibilities in this real life mashup of Risk and Monopoly we’re living.

One thing I think we lose sight of is the fact that we assume that those backing Biden and socialism will continue to do so, and that may not be the case. I think that many who supported him, one of my brothers-in-law included, did so fairly cluelessly, basically voting Orange Man bad. They bought a pig in a poke.

They have no idea the economic reaming they are about to get. I don’t think they’ll be happy when they find out. Rights might not be a concern for people like them (they always assume that they’ll keep their rights while the rest of us lose them), but when my BIL finds out that his $15 an hour blue collar job is now on par with the new Biden minimum wage, it won’t be pretty.

I know not everyone here agrees, but I think that Trump was a dismal failure. The disillusion felt by people like me will reverberate for a long time. It will likely kill the GOP.

Remember that for many Biden voters, he is their Trump. They are unhappy and overburdened too, and they think he will fix things for them. He won’t, he’ll make things 100x worse, and then they’ll be disillusioned too. The Dem party is already a fractious den of weasels, it will get worse and it too will implode.

This ship has a downward trajectory. The longer it chugs along, slowly sinking and filling everyone’s cabins with nasty bilge water, the more and more people of all political stripes will become disgusted with it.

We also know, through the countless articles and years of tireless research that Jim Quinn and others have shared, that our financial system is on the fritz. That will add another shock to the system, possibly a terminal one. it will be felt by all, and leave everyone looking for new solutions.

Right now, we are looking at this as if only 75 million Trump voters (of various levels of support, from the diehards to the very, very tepids) will be bucking the system. Not so. Wait a bit and you’ll have a good chunk of Biden voters and fence sitters furiously mad too.

If Dems are good at anything, it is FUBARing things. They’ll have plenty of people pissed at them for a whole host of reasons, just give ’em a bit of time. They’ve made too many promises and this dam is already leaking too badly for them to do anything but fail spectacularly.

In the meantime, be a loose cow (hat tip HSF for a brilliant way of summing that idea up), unregister as a Republican so those bastards get the message, vote NO on everything local that you can that would raise taxes, hunker down and make as small an economic footprint as you can. Starve the beast.

I have a suspicion there will be cancellations of multiple amendments in our law of the land. I suspect Obama wants another term.

I think you started commenting here fairly recently (6-8 months?) I appreciate your straightforward way of saying things. I’ve worked hard to whittle my rambling down to nothing. Did you have the opportunity to get pestered by El Coyote before he left this realm? I think this whole thing with Biden/Harris would have killed him anyway, which is why I find it a great irony he passed before the election, proving himself exactly correct: He told me it really did not matter who won because it would not impact him one bit.

Again, I thought he was being evasive and silly. He knew he was terminal and didn’t want me to start praying a novena or something crazy like that. By the way? I really do have novena praying friends in Columbia, Maryland and it really doesn’t look good for them from where I am sitting. I don’t know if you caught the video on Clouthub HSF placed in a comment, above, but it is well worth watching. I almost sent it to my friend who works at Johns Hopkins APL in Baltimore in a message and realize it might get her fired or reprimanded. She has a special phone connection at her house that would probably rat me out if I were to send that video of the construction worker in D.C. filming our Capital being turned into a police state.

This I strongly agree with, and it’s the key to keeping the original concept of America alive.

Bullshit. I’ve spent my entire adult life distancing myself from the vast majority of the herd’s nonsense but kept on voting. Now I will not do that either.

Sorry, but I refuse to accept blame for Congress’ decision to eviscerate the health insurance system that my small biz family relied on. Overnight it doubled our healthcare costs to be nearly equal to our modest mortgage (and actually raise it higher if you add in the deductibles and out of pocket expenses should we be unlucky enough to have to actually use it). I didn’t create the ten billion rules and regulations that drive up the cost of everything else into the stratosphere either. I didn’t ask for or in any way come up with the planned obsolescence that further erodes purchasing power and requires the constant replacement of things that are no longer repairable. I didn’t destroy our education system and pervert it into a gov’t propaganda indoctrination camp. I didn’t corrupt our medical system so that it cannot be trusted. Much of my creativity, energy, and money is diverted into jerry rigging and finding alternatives around a completely shambolic system ruled by kleptocratic morons.

I have never, and will never, behaved in the manner which has become the norm in our society: being dishonest, cutting corners, screwing others over and doing anything for a quick buck. I strive to live by a moral code that the majority has given up on. And I am tired of getting dust kicked in my face for it. If you can’t beat ’em join ’em is not acceptable to me in this matter. “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” is very, very true.

I’ve never racked up debt or expected anybody else to pay my way in anything. I live an extremely frugal, modest life. Criminal bureaucrats and the mouthbreathers that elected them are making it damn near impossible to do even that anymore.

THAT is what my rant was about.

I have no problem controlling my own choices and decisions. I have a HUGE problem with others removing my right/ability to have access to fair elections, an impartial justice system, an honest financial system and a free market.

Secession would be best and show the complete hypocrisy, insanity and foolishness of the incompetents. Worst case though, I am hoping for a third party to disrupt and change the other two. Same happened in Britain in 6 months, we should have a Trump or Amerfirst party and candidates running in every race, plus the good republicans will immediately switch parties (they are a party within the uniparty anyways). It took decades to get here, it could only require a few election cycles to change it this way.

“Peacefully splitting the US into two or more countries when it is so irretrievably and irreconcilably riven is almost breathtaking in its common sense.”

Very well said. But it is too late for that now. In fact it was too late even when I wrote the commentary that Admin posted for me here two years ago addressing that exact subject (link below). But at that time I didn’t realize how completely the NWO was in control of everything. The breathtaking ease with which they were able lock down the entire world with a scamdemic hoax has demonstrated beyond any doubt that they are in full control now, and splitting the U.S. up into two or more countries is the exact opposite of their goal of a One World Government (lately referred to as the Great Reset). They are going to achieve that goal. We are headed toward a dystopian future of a world with a few elites living in luxury, and being served by the rest of humanity who are altered or conditioned medically or surgically (drugs, vaccines, gene splicing, etc) to enjoy or at least tolerate their servitude, living in austere conditions under constant surveillance. Think “Brave New World” meets “1984” meets “The Hunger Games”. The only thing to do now is plan accordingly for that outcome. But I am not pessimistic. There will actually be some benefits for those who are smart enough to plan for what is coming.

Red States MUST start the process of voter IDs, outlaw mail in ballots, and tightly control absentee ballots. States must pass state laws regardless of federal law…just like blue states did with drug laws. The federal government is lost, but states can still be saved, but red states must act now. In doing so, the migration of disenfranchised citizens out of states will happen naturally. Turn our backs on the federal government and its laws. It’s been done successfully in blue states. If the feds want to withhold support, states can withhold funding. Make that a State Constitution amendment.

Things that are precious to you like your children, your hard-earned dollars, your businesses, and your well-fought for freedoms that gave us the Bill of Rights and our Constitution?

You just gonna give up like that when we outnumber them by at least 50 million to one? The makers are gonna let the takers have a free ride on our backs?

My aunt, who was also my Sunday School teacher onceuponatime, asked me a serious question just a few years ago. She asked me why Rachel weeps incessantly for her children. (Jeremiah 31:15)

Is it because her children perish for the lack of knowledge? Doesn’t that equate to “because they are so stupid is why she is crying?”

My son is a software engineer Millennial and he pretty much ignores the world at his own peril. He thinks it is all just politics as usual. I was a Tea Party sort in 2008 and took him to a couple of really inspiring rallies at the Oklahoma Capitol. What happened after that is a story only God can sort through, when and if He deems it worthy of untangling. But, my son appears to be good at coding and since he works for a company networking medical data and information, I am pretty sure he is helping build the net which will ensnare us all, him included. He’s just not as smart as I thought I was at his age now.

I love him, but the young man truly believes the algorithms can become intelligent and solve all of humanity’s problems with technology.

All I can do is hope I did the training up of the child good enough.

AI logic originates with illogical humanity. A sentient AI without morals would be little more than the equivalent of an unsupervised, immature child. As such it should never be given unchecked power just the same as any human.
If, or when, your genius progeny figures out how to successfully program empathy into machines will you let us know? If that was a realistic possibility, even then I would never trust a machine because they are built to be nothing more than mechanical assistants or servants.

Proverbs 22:6 – Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Ghost, only fairly recently have I noticed the ‘and when he is old’ phrase in that verse.

Leaves a whole lot of time for human foolishness and error between child and old.

The training up of the child was probably good enough, judging from your post. Now, will he live to be old so the verse applies?

The Road to Freedom
Jan 6th 2021
(Special Thanks to Viktor Frankl)

You can’t stop us
On the road to freedom
For freedom is not a gift
To be granted by
Government will
With regal inkwell
And feathered quill,
It is a state of mind
That frees us
From the ties that bind,
It is a state of heart and soul
Beyond the algorithms
of silicon tyranny
With its Google y eyes,
Where we are
Free from
Petty earthly desires,
For it is love
That fuels freedom’s passion
Igniting imaginations fire,
Bring on your
Harsh needles of compliance
For they will be
Of no use against me
And tho you may attack
And colonize our
Flesh and bone tomb
You will never
Enter the soul’s true sanctuary,
You shall not find me,
By hearth and home
For I am on the road to freedom,
Cover me with
Your masks of cruel Urizen
They can never bind
Freedom’s breath
And its winged flight
Beyond life’s
Bittersweet horizon,
For into the dawn
Of truth and beauty it flies
Beyond your petty
Lockdowns and lies,
The road to freedom
Is open to all
And invites us
To escape
This mortal pall,
Where obedient mobs
Rant and rave
For inverted justice
Over liberty’s grave
Championing
The cruel ordinances of state,
For some dark Prometheus
Has stolen the fire of freedom
From WE THE PEOPLE
And in the distance
I hear the jackboots
Of oppression approaching
And the shattering glass
Of a new Kristallnacht
As we now live
In Freedom’s tyrannical sequel
Buried by six feet of dreams
Separate but equal,
Yet the beauty
Outside my door
Beckons me
With the poetry
Of trees and wildflowers
And the playful
Scampering of squirrels,
Truth and beauty
Are never free
For one must first
Have the eyes to see,
Claim your freedom
And in your martyrdom
Never let it go,
For with your blood
Freedom will grow anew,
Do not be ashamed
Of your tears
For you have
The courage to suffer,
To live free or die
As no other,
For let us never
Give up the fight
Even as our tears fall
On Freedom’s twilight
And may the torch
Of Lady Liberty
Never be completely extinguished
Across this fair land
For It is in our hearts
That we must
Make our gallant last stand!

Viktor’s original?

Duh… I learned something today.

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms — to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”

https://www.brainpickings.org/2013/03/26/viktor-frankl-mans-search-for-meaning/

“We were at work in a trench. The dawn was grey around us; grey was the sky above; grey the snow in the pale light of dawn; grey the rags in which my fellow prisoners were clad, and grey their faces. I was again conversing silently with my wife, or perhaps I was struggling to find the reason for my sufferings, my slow dying. In a last violent protest against the hopelessness of imminent death, I sensed my spirit piercing through the enveloping gloom. I felt it transcend that hopeless, meaningless world, and from somewhere I heard a victorious “Yes” in answer to my question of the existence of an ultimate purpose. At that moment a light was lit in a distant farmhouse, which stood on the horizon as if painted there, in the midst of the miserable grey of a dawning morning in Bavaria. “Et lux in tenebris lucet” — and the light shineth in the darkness. For hours I stood hacking at the icy ground. The guard passed by, insulting me, and once again I communed with my beloved. More and more I felt that she was present, that she was with me; I had the feeling that I was able to touch her, able to stretch out my hand and grasp hers. The feeling was very strong: she was there. Then, at that very moment, a bird flew down silently and perched just in front of me, on the heap of soil which I had dug up from the ditch, and looked steadily at me.”

That’s some chillbump raising shit right there.

“It is interesting to hear certain kinds of people insist that the citizen cannot fight the government. This would have been news to the men of Lexington and Concord, as well as the Mujahedeen in Afghanistan.

The citizen most certainly can fight the government, and usually wins when he tries. Organized national armies are useful primarily for fighting against other organized national armies. When they try to fight against the people, they find themselves at a very serious disadvantage.

If you will just look around at the state of the world today, you will see that the guerillero has the upper hand. Irregulars usually defeat regulars, providing they have the will. Such fighting is horrible to contemplate, but will continue to dominate brute strength.”

The author mentions ” twenty-five million people .. simultaneously withdrawing their financially intermediated assets .” Try and think of something more useless than a big bag of the old green money when the Feds suddenly switch us all to the new Blue money. Then what to do ? Remember your debts are their assets – when you pay off your debts you remove both their assets and some of their power over you. Spend your old green money on something that’ll help you going forward. Assume cash will lose all value, its inevitable.

Crypoto’s are not the future in a communist run regime. They tend to have a lot of power outages. This whole crypto apologetics is for stupid people who think they will become millionaires with a few dollars.

Want a solid asset retainer?? Then buy metals or real estate. With real estate you can at least grow your own food. Cash will become like toilet paper, so keep tradable things handy and start using the barter system. NOTHING TRACABLE.

For all the people say that you can’t outgun the government, you are wrong.

No, you can’t go toe to toe with the government and win. That is a fools errand.

The way to win against ANY government is with guerrilla warfare. That’s how the US originally beat Britain in the Revolutionary War. And how the Taliban is beating the US in Afghanistan.

Bunch of spineless cowards are easy marks. The left has tasted blood, they know they will encounter no resistance and so they will keep coming for more and more. And they will open the southern floodgates to bring in even more. All to feast on the spineless cowards who won’t stand up for themselves.

If you need fences, armed Guards and check points on every street in DC , It is possible that you what you thought you voted for was a Lie and the rest of the thinking USA are living in a Communist takeover.
