The Boulder Murderer’s attorney from the Public Defender’s Office asked in court today for more time to first assess her client’s ‘mental capability’ before criminal proceedings begin. The temporary judge granted that request.
The Murderer may have lived in the Denver home of his older brother and the brother’s wife; that home reportedly was subject to a lengthy overnight search, and the brother reportedly claimed the shooter was mentally unstable. The wife, in perfect shoot-yourself-in-the-foot style, volunteered how just a couple days before the shooter was playing around with a loaded gun that had an ammunition jam. Sounds like an aiding and abetting charge could be appropriate:
‘We’d got a nutcase brother who plays with loaded guns but couldn’t be bothered to tell the racist police that our wonderful but victimized brother may turn into a Murderer-you know, because we are from the Middle East and hate the country that took us in but is always so unfair to us’.
Trivia: if the family, living in a moderately expensive neighborhood in nearby Arvada, has to rely on taxpayer funding for the defense of their Murderer then why can’t they at least show some appreciation for the country that has provided them the Freedom they sought when leaving their shithole country?
Wondering when the Go Fund Me account will start collecting ridiculous sums of money for the Murderer. Not that the Murder’s father-who is likewise unrestrained with spewing his own hatred of America-could help out with the expenses?
Update-the Public Defender chick, per a 5 minute video of the court hearing, repeatedly used the term “his mental illness”.

The “alleged” shooter now is creditably described as having a mental illness, and the taxpayers will subsidize endless mental evaluations and further wasted time in court. Cops should’ve plugged the guy.
