I’m very proud of my wife. Twice this weekend, she went into a store without a mask on. A Safeway grocery store and a Walgreens. We live in one of the bluest counties in all of America.
Sometimes, but mostly she just sends me in because IDGAF.

The last concert we went to was Robert Earl Keen’s Xmas Convert at The Charleston Music Hall in Dec 2019. Bill Murray, our most famous resident (and beeg time Clempson football fan), sat two rows below.

REK is playing outdoors in N. Charleston, and we have 4 tix in a segregated enclosure Sattiday night. It’s BS, but, knowing Chucktown, excessive mingling will be the rule.
Best place to live in the US. Well, maybe Beaufort (SC) is better. Oh, it’s pronounced “VIEW-fert”. We have a place out on Coosaw.

Lamont…I don’t think I’ve ever heard Beaufort pronounced VIEW-fert . I have heard Yankee’s call it Bo-Fort .
As to Clemson…no…not Clempson. It’s either “Klimsun or Clemzun in the rural areas but for educated folks it’s CLEM-SON . People who say Clempson also say skrimps, walmarks, or credick.

There are moments when I find myself disappointed in my children for their behavior, but it is always, without exception, in exchanges between one another within the family dynamic.
Never, and I mean never once have any of my children ever presented themselves to someone in public in any way other than respectful and friendly. It simply isn’t in them to meltdown in front of strangers.
My gut tells me that she was raised without any masculine energy in the household, no firm hand to guide the outward expression of feelings in vulnerable situation, especially if you appear combative or hostile – and people you don’t know are always a potential threat in those scenarios. That level of agitation- if not indicative of some sort of mental or hormonal disorder- is dangerous and borders on derangement. If she were to pull something like that on a jogger the outcome would have been posted on World Star Hip-Hop instead of YouTube.
Not looking like marriage material.
