Sounds like he needs to give up the union backed wages and benefits of public indoctrination and turn to the private school system.
Private schools – including Catholic schools are about 95% as bad.

Seeing Pelham in the address and his accent, likely from Shelby Co., AL, where my grandchildren go to school (BHM suburb). It went for Trump almost 75%. He might kep his job or will get a good one at a private academy. Better yet, start a biz to advise home schooled parents.
