www.RedState-Realtors.com is a website that allows those strongly considering relocating to a red state to find a like-minded realtor in the red state they are looking at to answer their questions and perhaps eventually retain that realtor to find them a place that matches their goals.
RedState Realtors are those who have a connection to the preparedness and Patriot community. The website does not vet the realtors.
The website does not make money for referrals or “steer” people to particular states or realtors. Realtors can list themselves on the website for a nominal fee to cover the start-up cost of the website and, if they want to continue their listing on the site, the realtors pay a small monthly fee.

Good post. I live in a “Red” state already, but am looking to make that color darker, while making the surrounding demographic lighter. It is only a matter of time before Stacey Abrams and her criminal crew destroy everything that is left in GA. I certainly would rather work with someone who understands a bit of what I am looking for in a new location.
Thus one of the main reasons we returned to SC vs GA 3 years ago….
I guess someone has already decided that GA is lost as it doesn’t show up as a red state to move to. So many wonderful places in the N. GA mountains. But then so many states have gone to shit because of the urban blight, not the rural folks. As someone said, there are NO BLUE STATES, just RED STATES with too many blue cities.

Thanks for the link. For now, im staying here in deep blue NY. We hunkered down too many years ago with property and opened a small business. The people are fucking annoying, it is unbelievably expensive to eat, own a home, and raise children, taxes are oppressive, and some serious low income people are less then a days walking distance (if the shit ever really hits the fan). BUT, its home.
At the end of this 4th turning, maybe NY returns to its boehemian roots. Maybe art and music will flourish here again. Let Florida have all the financial fuckers and their fuckery. They’ll destroy that place in 20 years.

Red state housing and land are skyrocketing in price due to BlueFugees.
What if? Red states started coordinating efforts to turn red counties in Blue states into in state havens for conservatives by protecting them from being attacked. Do as the Feds do and boycott and sanction them. Elect Senators with balls to block any and all legislation in DC until commie governors quit attacking red counties the way the witch in Michigan is doing. So what if it may be illegal. To quote one of their own. At this point what difference does it make. Not every conservative has the wherewithal to pull up stakes and leave their state but maybe they could leave their county for a red one.
Just a thought coming from someone in a secure red state. I don’t mind you coming here but I know most of you can’t. Family, jobs, funds, and a 100 other reasons prevent it.
Texas is becoming one huge mass of ugly urban sprawl. The developers have turned the state into strip malls, subdivisions and apartment complexes. The Hill Country is no more unless you like mini storage and fast food junk for scenery. All along I 35 from Ok to Mexico is nothing but masses of urban sprawl and each day more and more farmland is destroyed. Tesla is building a massive factory complex on five hundred acres, a city of shit making shit cars. Bezos’ warehouses dot the landscape like massive cancerous growths and KB Homes (instant shit boxes) cover the landscape as far as the eye can see. Texas is being ruined at a very rapid pace.
Those who come here because they are running away from what they turned into a shithole should just stay where they are because it won’t be long until Texas is completely destroyed and…I am seriously NOT exaggerating.

I’ll stay right where I’m at, thank you (Oregon, one of the worst offenders in all the 57 states). It might be a complete disaster politically, but when the cards collapse I’m right where I need to be, surrounded by (generally) like-minded friends and family, and 130+ miles of low-population desert and mountains.
Ill winds are coming, no doubt, and this ass-hole rich state is actually 2 or 3 states within a state. I can ride it out until they have much greater issues to worry about than a sparsely-populated backwater area with practically no influence anymore, and a limited ability to sustain very many people.
We have been living the ‘Irish Democracy’ out here in the sticks since long before I was born. It’s starting to pay pretty good dividends now.

I actually did a contract job in a lovely little town called Camas. Lived in an apartment/condo and worked for a company called Plexus. Hosted by the company and treated like I mattered. LOL.
Eastern Oregon is wonderful. Just draw a line down the Cascades and set you folks free.

Yo, I’ve been scouring the NH RE market for about 6 months for my daughter who is moving back from NC. That one is only .5 acre though. They’re looking for >10 up to around 40 acres. There are properties like that coming on market but get under agreement quick.
Daughter and SIL coming up next week. We’ll be traveling all over NH looking at properties.
As for Newbury there was an old farmhouse on about 10 acres a while back that seemed underpriced. I thought about asking HSF via email (that was the day he told Glock to discuss RE via email) if he knew anything. But it looked like that house and the lot got snapped up quick, sans acreage.
Moving to a red state will only delay the inevitable. Most or all of the currently red states will eventually turn blue. Even if you find a state that will remain red indefinitely, the federal government is going to be blue from now on. The only long-term solution is for red states to secede. That way they can get rid of the federal government, and also control their borders to keep people from blue states from moving in and voting for the same policies that turned their original states into hellholes. I often see comments from people in red states complaining that Californians and people from other blue states are moving into their states and turning them into hellholes. Well just deal with it because that is going to continue, because the people in your state aren’t smart enough to secede.
This shitshow scenario isn’t going to last forever. It will be coming to a head far sooner than anyone could possibly imagine. The safer you feel about the folks around you, the better you will do. The neighborhood I moved into isn’t the same now. Only a serious purge would restore my feelings of safety….so time to move.

Looking at TN up the eastern side or just west/n.west of Chattanooga. Like the tax situation and recent visits have been most enjoyable, especially seeing no masks during this plannedemic. Pigeon Forge was a bit mask-pushy, but I get their tourist concerns from several months ago. Wouldn’t want to end up too close to that area anyway.

I always remind folks who push Texas of the wonderful folks who have come from there – John Connally, George W. Bush, Ted Cruz, Rick Perry, LBJ. Another state that suffers from its proximity to Mexico, and the attractiveness of Austin to the progressive crowd.
So… Santa Clara county in California recently decreed that employers must submit the vaccination status of their employees every two weeks. Then, there’s a mass shooting in a rail yard in Santa Clara county today.
Coincidence? Probably.
Then I find out yesterday a lady I know had a 1.5 lbs premature baby. And I think the lady was vaccinated in April?
And then there’s a guy I know who’s in his thirties and in the hospital with some sort of digestive tract malady that the doctors are having difficulty diagnosing. I know he had his second shot a month ago.
