I wonder how long in the systems life cycle all this “military equipment” will go before it never flies again. Even if they import russians and chinese to maintain them there is an end in sight as this stuff needs so many hours in maintenance for every hour flying or driving around.
You need a tech supply warehouse, a great maintenance battalion and some contractors for those “Oh sh*t Oh Dear!” parts that must come all the way from the land of the round door knob…..
Some of the aircraft are old Mi-17 Hip and Mi-24 Hind rotary wing craft of Soviet vintage.
Granted, less electronics than the American crap, but way past their lifespan.
