Should Biden have closed Bagram rather than use its two runways for the evacuation? Probably not.

Should Biden have believed (or pretended to believe) any assurances from the military and Intelligence Community that a Taliban takeover wouldn’t happen that fast? Of course not – they’re proven idiots and liars (the military and IC).

Should we have been able to evacuate without gifting the Taliban an entire air force? You’d think so.

Still, Biden got us out. Trump didn’t. Trump negotiated an end, but he may well have been talked into staying by “the generals”. He let those worthless fuckers stab him (and us) in the back repeatedly. Look at John Kelly, who was against the wall from the word “go”.

We got out ugly, but at least we got out – finally. Credit where credit is due- to Joe Biden. If some of our Afghan helpers get killed (and they will), that sucks for them, but it should teach people everywhere that America cannot be trusted. You’d think the doubling crossing of Iraq’s Marsh Arabs 30 years ago would have been a sufficient lesson, but apparently not. If the Taliban stops some Afghans from leaving, well, their loss is rural Wisconsin’s gain.

Lummox Hannity of course wants to target Biden for being weak – and he does deserve blame for such a fucked up evacuation – but never forget that Hannity and Levin and Lindsey Graham would have had us in Afghanistan for another 100 years.

“Should Biden have closed Bagram rather than use its two runways for the evacuation? Probably not”

Careful now! Criticism this harsh coupled with demands for accountability so stringent may lead to another Anal Parade in a former church, or something equally threatening to the Globohomo Status Quo.

“We got out ugly, but at least we got out – finally. Credit where credit is due- to Joe Biden.”

Credit, was it? To Biden, you say? Hmm.

“Still, Biden got us out. Trump didn’t.”

I’m no raving Trump fan by any means, but Trump had everything in place prior to leaving office. Had he not been deposed in an election so fraudulent a mongoloid can see through it Trump’s withdrawal would have taken place under his second administration. For all his flaws and weaknesses, even his enemies know this would not have been such a traitorous disaster under a different administration.

Saying “Trump didn’t”(get us out of Afghanistan) is disingenuous at best. Worst case scenario involves IQ and invites comparison with inanimate objects.

So what is the credit we are giving Biden for again? For breaking the terms of the Trump deal, or for surrendering an air base before your citizens and soldiers are out? For the billions of dollars in cash and military weaponry these Satanists left behind, maybe?

You can give credit to Joe Biden if you want. Nobody can stop you, and I am not suggesting anyone should try.

You can’t get through to Tom Cruise that Xenu’s not real, either. What are ya gonna do?

Trump had four years. I have no confidence that he would have actually have gotten us out – deal or no deal. The fact is that the president who presided over our departure – such as it was – is Joe Biden. If it’s not credit, it’s an acknowledgement of a fact.

You’re right. Trump had 4 years.

Biden had 16 years. He was in office for the majority of the war he initially voted for and supported through it’s entire run.

For 8 of those years Biden was VP. Please provide links to the many speeches Biden made during his two terms as Vice President denouncing the war and calling for it’s end.

Sixteen years versus four years.

I doubt it will help, but may I just mention to you that Xenu isn’t real either?

“If it’s not credit, it’s an acknowledgement of a fact.” It’s an acknowledgment of half a fact–the full fact is that Trump had already negotiated the deal and all Biden had to do was abide by it. Which he refused to do, leading to the most catastrophic failure this nation has ever endured.

No, really man….. Xenu doesn’t exist.

Because C3 was a complete fraud, there was no way to leave without exposing that. What this means is that operations never did impact the security situation of Afghanistan in any meaningful way. It was all for show. That is why Trump reneged on his promise. “What it looks like from this side of the desk” was a major scandal that he didn’t inherit. Integrity is not one of his values.

I credit Trump with the pragmatism of negotiating with the Taliban to allow it to go as well as it did. The Admin bungled it. Possibly on purpose to provide cover for the extermination of large numbers of people who know inconvenient things.
