However, everyone I knew, or read about, would give him a pass. “He’s playing 5D chess” or “he’s keeping his enemies close…” or “he’s waiting for the right moment”. Please. It was all BS. But, like Doug ‘Uncola’ Lynn would always say in his essays, was the Donald ‘Reality?’ or ‘Reality TV?’. His articles always stated facts and he did not draw the final conclusion until somewhere near the end of his term that he was reality TV. There is a preponderance of evidence that he could not be the real thing when in the very end, he walked away and did nothing to change the plunge toward the abyss.

Think of herd immunity. The way it works is NOT that everyone is immune. Nor that no one can be infected or die. The point is that each person who is contagious is surrounded by mostly immune people — so, the disease can’t spread from vulnerable person to vulnerable person because there are so many immune people to act as buffers.
Now think of Critical Thinking as the virus. Or, think of NOT believing in political saviors as the virus.
If you travel most anywhere on the internet these days, you can read increasing ammounts of “chatter” about CW 2.0, secession, revolution, etc.. Imagine an actual change (not “Hope & Change”) in America that could improve the situation and NOT require violence.
Now, think of that change (however you view it) as the virus. That change can’t occur because there are too many “buffers” — i.e., too many people wedded to political party; too many people with normalcy bias; too many people continually voting “the lesser of two evils”; too many people believing what the MSM says from their idiot box; too many people lacking circumspection regarding their favored political candidates.
The change in thinking cannot spread.
Those still holding on to the image of Trump/God-Emperor from 2016-2017 are “buffers”. They prevent the spread of thought that could actually do good. It doesn’t matter whether it’s Trump himself in 2024. Whoever it is will be — to the buffers — beyond criticism because any criticism means that you must be in favor of the greater of two evils (read any three of MyGirl’s comments in any thread where Trump is mentioned and see if you don’t find this accusation in at least two of the three comments).
This immunity seems to last at least 4 years for most. Then it sort of slowly peters out. I mean, you don’t see that many ardent supporters of G.W. Bush singing his praises these days. But you did see it in 2008. And in 2012. And, in the interim, there were rabid supporters of first John McCain, and later Mitt Romney. But not too many of those rabid supporters — who were shouting down any criticism of either McCain or Romney at the time — will admit to it now.
This is a continuation of the struggle of the virus of critical thinking to break through the herd immunity (whether you call that immunity “lesser of two evils”, or “cult of personality”, or whatever). Some people have called it being “red-pilled” (though many, if not most I’ve heard claim to be “red-pilled” just aren’t).

Honestly, I used to share a similar opinion with what the people in that audio recording were eluding to in the light of Trump starting the covid narrative. My original theory was that it was a play against China (with Navarro and Bannon and those guys). Essentially get the world hating China, to bring our manufacturing base and intellectual property home, etc… but I don’t know now. The pieces of the puzzle don’t fit nicely.
However, if Trump was in on it, it seems he tried to hit the brakes and basically got ran over. Plus, if he was with them, why isn’t he still prez? These people jumped the shark to get him out of office and I do believe it’s going to lead to their downfall. We all saw what they did, plain as day and there is an awakening now. Like I said, this is not so much about Trump as it is about what’s started because of him (or rather the elites desperation to remove him).
Therefore, what if Trump was simply a partial useful idiot in the covid/vax scenario? What if the vaccine was simply a solution he was tasked with and solved (so to speak)? Any solution. A solution to the pandemic and never ending lockdowns (at least in theory). A solution to break the narrative (even if the vax has spun into part of the narrative). It seems to me, he doesn’t promote the vax unless asked about it….and it is not he who is trying to force it in your arm.
The “What Ifs” are endless here and nothing really paints a definitive picture. I was extremely aware of covid back in December 2019 for reasons I won’t get into and so the timeline in that OP podcast doesn’t prove anything about Trump, even if it does shed light on whether it might have been orchestrated. By who, is still up in the air as far as I can tell.
Whatever the story is with the vax (and regardless that it’s a complete and total profit grab catastrophe, to say the least), Trump will NEVER admit failure regardless of which team he’s playing for. The word failure doesn’t seem to be in his vocabulary. If he can sell it as an accomplishment, that’s exactly what he’s going to do. I understand those points. However, I try to put myself in his shoes. Regardless of who it is, there are protocols. In regards to the military, the only thing the military did was distribute the vax because everyone wanted it ASAP. The military didn’t invent it. That was our friends at big pharma, so I don’t really agree with your point there. Again, problem, solution, even if the solution IS terrible. Was he supposed to know that it was a bunk or malicious solution or not really tested? Or, that pharma had been working on it already because they probably colluded in starting the whole “pandemic”? There are not many options in this scenario via the protocols. You basically have two options: therapeutics and vaccines (since they mostly didn’t want to address hygiene and health). That’s it. What are you supposed to do in that situation, especially when the FDA and others are in bed with the pharma companies and won’t lift a finger to research HCQ and IVM and other cheap possible solutions? The long story longer, is that Trump is not the expert and cannot act as such.
I still feel Trump could have done more on a lot of different things, but I really don’t know what or how. Going rogue, or doing nothing, or guessing that big pharma was creating a malicious vax, or stopping it all because it’s not exactly perfect, etc., is just not reality. We are still in the complete gaslight of this “official” narrative from the “experts.” How can he as one person possibly go against that?… especially when real experts and much much more can’t penetrate it (or rather are taking forever in doing so) which is probably going to require mass protests and whatever….and then they’ll still be trying to BS us.
