All the world is a stage. What are they trying to accomplish here? Boost the boosters? Making the vaccinated fools be more regretful of their choice, in order to then misdirect their anger outward toward the unvaccinated? Is there something to be gained in the overall narrative by making it more obvious that the vaccines never prevented deaths in the first place? Puzzling.

I knew several people who knew General Powell. Although he was certainly part of the Establishment, or even Deep State, he was by all accounts a man with some basic decency. A brave combat officer, he was intensely skeptical of the Iraq War. He tarnished his record when he failed to push back on the bullshit George W. Bush was pushing to get us in the war, making a fool of himself at the UN; he never forgave any of them for that. Of West Indian background, he was never a race baiter. Fully vaxxed? Of course. As I have said, the so-called vaccines will usually neither help nor harm. They are just rolling the chumps for some pocket change. RIP General Powell.

I don’t think he ever asked if I needed time to sleep or go to the bathroom and if he left the jeep- always without a word- your ass remained glued to the seat and your ear to the radio no matter what for however long he was absent. That’s the role of a soldier, I get it, but no other officer I ever served under treated subordinates without concern for them as human beings. Sometimes a man has to take a leak or catch a few minutes of sleep and officers usually would spot you. He never did.
