C’mon, let’s give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they’re selling 3 for $3.75! Personally, I’ll stick with my high quality proteins and fats.
At least you don’t have to buy 4 to get the discount, and if you did, hopefully the regular price isn’t $1.75 (You’d be paying $5.25 for 3). Still, Maff B Hard.

Last week Kroger in our area had a “Buy 6” come-on. You only need and want one but they expect you to buy 6 in order to get what once was a weekly cents-off special that did save the shopper a little. Quit playing their mindless games and shop where this kind of nonsense is not corporate standard.
Yes. I read the small print where it says you must buy 6 to get the special price. If that is required, I move on. If I must have one, I buy one, which is still less expensive than buying 6. You are correct in that shopping where this bullshit isn’t required is best. Where is that?
We generally go over to Wally World. Our favorite bread at times gets a Kroger Buy 6 price of $2.50/loaf; WW has it at $2.89-whether you buy 1 or a 100. When we go over there we usually buy some favorites (that we would be better off without) for far lower prices, so the money saved works both for the wallet as well as for the palette. IMHO, Kroger would just as soon board up their front doors and not allow customers inside their stores-place your order on-line and either pick it up at the back door or have it delivered. About that time Bezos and Company will own them.
Those signs mean that you can get 3 of the 4 for $5 deals, in short a dozen packages of whatever. See, math isn’t that hard.
