KR has my full support. That kid is a example to all the rest of the wanna be conservatives who do not have the courage to stand up as he did. Kid never should have even been charged. It was the self-defensiest case of self defense ever seen on video.
The left demanded he be charged and the ignorant prosecutor did not even realize he had no case. I believe he was intentionally trying to get a mistrial called by his antics the last few days. the judge should move to have him disbarred for his behavior.
Best coverage/analysis to date of the infamous drone video that showed up 14 months late and from which a single frame was taken and used to manufacture new “evidence”, never seen before. The Wisconsin Crime Lab spent hour after hour trying to get just what ADA Binger had ordered up. The manufactured evidence is critical, as under Wisconsin law Binger and his Porky buddy have to show provocation by KR-if so, then KR’s entire self defense argument is nullified, which opens to door to possibly convicting on ALL charges. The 3 minute video/analysis presented here is compelling in showing that the prosecution utterly fails to make a case beyond a reasonable doubt; that is why they are desperate and are acting like it’s election night at 3am and they are behind in the vote count. The key is whether KR pointed his rifle at the nearby arsonist who had immediately before fired a shot in the air and shouted “kill him”, to which “Crazy Man”/corpse #1 responded by chasing KR down and had him cornered in a group of parked cars. Apparently the prosecution feels provocation is not a two way street in Wisconsin. BTW, the gun firing arsonist was never charged, nor was his phone analyzed, nor was he put on the stand. Seems like he might be a good witness to say “defendant pointed his rifle at me”. Nope, we’re going with blurry, fake photos.
The website has a side story about the elected DA (i.e. ‘head honcho) who has been MIA, completely, in this case. Accusation is he has set Binger and Porky up to take the fall since the case is so weak. Interestingly, the writer praises the DA as being directly involved in whether to charge the Kenosha officer who shot suspect Blake in the back seven times. Supposedly the DA did meticulous, dogged work, consulted with DOJ, and issued a finding that the officer used self defense and therefore would not be charged. Maybe Kyle should have worn his police cadet uniform to the riot.
As an aside-not that this has any bearing whatsoever on the case-the most provocative claim about “Crazy Man” was by Ann Coulter, who reports that his long prison sentence in Arizona came from conviction due to “anally raping five boys”. Will have to check as time is available whether MSM described the guy as a ‘youth worker’.
Monday morning the judge will read to the jury standardized Wisconsin instructions on each and every count. They are not simple like “place the popcorn bag in your microwave, set to 3 minutes, and press the start button”. They are lengthy and do not appear to be at all easy to understand. Plus, there is a long, long list of charges, expecially now that Binger and Porky were allowed to add lesser charges, just in case the jury feels the more serious version is not supported.
In a crazy times when a teenage dimwit named Greta can capture the attention of half the world it is no wonder that the plight of a 17 year old boy is being used to further divide the country.
