This week’s nationwide annihilation of Biden’s Federal Contractor vaccine mandate at the hands Georgia Federal Judge R. Stan Baker has resulted in a landslide retreat of cowardly mega-corporations from their so-confident bullying of American workers.
Biden’s illegal gamble, the nationwide Federal contractor vaccine mandate, has like his previous Medicare mandate and OSHA if-you-have-100-workers-mandatory-vax mandate been ripped to shreds early on in the courts.
Biden’s mandates have always been a bullying gamble, an admission that they knew they were engaging in illegal acts but that they would continue to use the not-insignificant weapons of the executive branch to blast as much harm as possible until the courts stepped in and noted the obvious: “You can’t do this!”
Cynics – and I sympathize – will say that the courts could have ruled either way so don’t get too excited.
That’s the lesson of the past two years: There is nothing below us as we look down. It takes our breath away. We now understand that our civilization has been built on a pile of sand and any determined entity could tunnel under us as we are distracted by the human necessities of providing for our families and living our finite lives as best as possible.
This horrible reality cannot be unseen.
Previously we viewed our rulers – from dog catcher to president – as malevolent but for the most part at a distance. We never thought they would reach out with their gradually but steadily-acquired iron fist and squeeze the oxygen from our lungs: “Take a shot or starve!”
The Hungarians in early 1918 similarly were shocked that living somewhat silently among them were aliens who would activate themselves at the exact most fertile moment and literally up-end their somnambulant state, imposing “mandates” on their society that included mobile gallows – a crude earlier form of the forced vax.
With the welcome disintegration of this evil government decree – via Judge Baker’s ruling that the contractor mandate is illegal – one by one the mega-corporations also see their position as shifting to the untenable. They are bailing out as fast as possible.
Some 83,000 Florida healthcare workers no longer face being kicked to the street by US government-sponsored terrorism, until this week dutifully enforced by the “free market” prostitutes in bed with the state.
As hero Alex Berenson has reported Thursday, mega corporations in the US are also suddenly looking under themselves and finding that they are alone. No more government guns aimed at the powerless…at least for the time being.
General Electric, 3M, Verizon, and Oracle have in the past day or so hedged their bets and snuck out of bed with the US government: no more vax requirements! We are talking about a large group of people no longer bound by the brotherhood of the needle.
We are winning this for now and should pause to drink it in.
But at the same time we must also look at what has rotted in our civilization that would allow such a force to upend us, to unleash this iron fist once hidden in a velvet glove. Life will never be the same knowing what these people have done to us. They must never be allowed to forget it.

I’ve gotten “friendly probing” calls from Chicago because I don’t fill out their periodic Dept of Ag “Census” survey forms (about 20 pages!).

Don’t assume that the mandates are gone. So far the ONLY thing that’s happened is a court order has been issued STAYING the mandate pending a trial. This does NOT guarantee that the trial results will nullify the mandate and it does NOT mean that the executive branch won’t simply IGNORE the judiciary and impose the mandate regardless.
Corporations are ‘risk averse’. They were reluctant to force the poison jab on employees for fear of being sued
if an employee(s) fell ill. The “mandate” relieved them of that legal risk and gave them a convenient excuse to
do Biden’s dirty work and force the jab by way of job loss threats. Now that the protective shield of the “mandate”
can’t be hidden behind they are falling back on the old risk management ideology and rescinding the jab orders.
If the mandate is upheld you can bet the farm that job firings WILL be back on the table to force the jab on everyone.

Bummer that a bunch of people got coerced into the clot shot. I know several people that love or need their job enough to knuckle under and throw their health and safety away for a temporary respite from the pressure to conform. I am too old to get the last laugh at the end of this farce as the battle is just warming up and the left has no intentions of admitting their mistakes and retiring to fight another day. But I am leading my children and grandkids by example and imparting my wisdom(such little I have) to those who will listen.

When talking about the topic, I recommend to bring up the necessity to execute people who supported taking away of freedoms, regardless knowing what is going on. This makes heads explode, but is a way to make people think. How could anyone think about death penalty, maybe something is really wrong these days…
Those who held out and did not give in to the threats and still work for these places and are still jabless have a few choices:
1. Quit anyhow. You see how much they care about you. Profit over people.
2. Hold out to see if there really will be a court fight. Then go thru the same shit all over again.
Or, if The Mandate goes away for good:
3. Stay at your beloved employer and make them pay for all the anxiety they caused you and your family.

The government officials should be strapped to a chair and injected with the vaccine until they die. That would be a fitting death.

The time to make a stand was when OSHA officially lost their teeth. That would have prevented millions of employees from being forced to surrender their souls.
Most of the aforementioned major corporations waited until Dec 8 to inform employees the pausing of implementation of the executive order. Dec 8 was the date when the unclean were to be terminated.
For those employees that stood their ground and refused to report vaccination status they got rewarded for their fortitude. Those that did not stand their ground had been jabbed prior, as to be fully jabbed before Dec 8 to save the paycheck. It it sad and safe assumption to say that more employees got jabbed than did not.
Damage has been done, a battle has been won, the war continues.

My employer has ca. 15000 employees in US. They asked us to get jabbed due the Biden’s mandate for government contractors AND client requests. Maybe 2% of the people work on government contracts ( I don’t).
I asked for religious exemption a month ago, followed by 5 emails. HR never got back to me. Even after the court ruling, my employer never tell us that the mandate is temporarily on hold.
I still work here. Not sure for how long. It looks quite certain that my employer tries to do her best to get us jabbed.
