I find it interesting he moved from CA to Austin…of all places in TX.
Austin is like Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, they’re the most California-like (read: feral liberal shitholes) cities in Texas.
But drive an hour in any direction from these cities and things is just a mite differn’t.
That seems to be the case in a lot of areas.
Get outside the cities, and the mood is radically different.
Here in my lovely blue shithole, the drive is 30 minutes.
