Does Zuckerberg Belong in Prison?

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

We cannot even donate $10,000 to a political candidate, but if you are Mark Zuckerberg, you can help to manipulate elections. He was able to prevent the break up of his company by pouring hundreds of millions into the election and then blamed Russia for buying advertisements on Facebook during the 2016 election. Mark Zuckerberg dumped more than $400 million into manipulating the 2020 presidential election where the money was typically funneled by Democratic operatives. These were often areas where there was voter canvassing in the get-out-the-vote effort for Biden.

The deep concern here is that the DOJ will NOT investigate Zuckerberg but when the Republicans get back in, Zuckerberg could find himself in prison for interfering in the election where the districts targeted were far too often voting in excess of the normal trend. It has been acknowledged already that private funds were distributed on a truly historical level. I, for one, will NEVER advertise anything on Facebook.

When a public company allows itself to be a political activist, which ONLY reflects the decisions of the board, as Disney is doing in its feud with Florida, then this is an abuse of its fiduciary duty to shareholders when the company is being usurped for personal political agendas. Another one is Salesforce pushing Schwab’s Great Reset.

These companies are violating the very principle of shareholder investment. If I went public and then used company money and policy for a personal objective or gain, that is considered fraud. Merely the fact that such an objective is politics makes no difference – it is using corporate funds for personal gain.

Laws work in two ways- they either enforce taboos which allow for the swift adjudication and punishment of those who violate them, thus preserving societal standards that allow systems to function (equal protection under the law)- or they are created to deliver a variety of levels of compliance and enforcement based on affiliation or social standing, tax law being a perfect example. (Laws for thee but not for me)

In the first, all members of a society expect and usually get some sort of equal protection under the law. This provides a stability for a complex system where people are far more likely to comply voluntarily than not. In the second those with access to better lawyers, members of a favored caste, social group or the political connected have a much more favorable set of outcomes than those who do not.

Rule of law versus the letter of the law.

Interestingly our current system morphed from the first to the second sometime between the advent of the industrial era and the end of the cold war. We no longer have a system like the one the Founders envisioned because laws- especially at the prosecutorial level- are enforced selectively. In the event of something as simple as trespassing/vandalism like the kind seen in both the BLM riots and the January 6th insurrection we see a huge chasm between how prosecutors chose to either to charge or dismiss against defendants.

So asking a question about whether someone belongs in jail depends on what system of law you are talking about. In Zuckerberg’s case he will never be held accountable for anything he may have or will do because he is part of a protected class. His violation of the principles of the law are clear- undue influence, manipulation of the vote, corrupting the election process, voter intimidation, etc. should obviously be seen as criminal. No one should be able to buy votes or silence the political voice of anyone simply because they have the financial ability to do so.

But we don’t live in that kind of society.

I was just going to say street justice. Rule of law and justice are long gone in the U.S. The system has failed, been perverted and is a used whore now.

Sure, point me to a few essays of yours that cover

Interestingly our current system [of law] morphed from the first to the second

on the aspects of: what went wrong, what could have helped to avoid it going wrong, and what can be done right now about it!

I agree with your analysis. The judicial system has been thoroughly corrupted and those with the means (money) have never been held to account. The middle class made a good showing the past 100 years in the USA but the powers that be have determined that our consent is no longer required.

The media persona of “Zuckerberg” belongs in jail much like Bart Simpson owns his couch. It is not real.

I don’t know if he belongs in prison because he has not been tried by a court of law. He certainly should be tried.

Zuckerberg was only doing what his deep state masters ordered him to do. Trump declared war on these scumbags and this was the result.

Yes.
Along with Dorsey, Bezos, Schmidt, Gates, Fauci, Wallensky, Clinton, Holder, Obama, Brennan, Clapper, Pelosi, Schiff, Romney, Biden(s), Schumer, Nuland, Graham, McConnel, ad infinitum.

Hell, it would be easier to list the ones who make the news that should be eligible to remain free.

Much as it pains me to say it, Psaki actually has some life behind her eyes, whereas Android Boy…

…not so much.

Other than that, they’re clearly cut from the same dubious clay.

Pretty much all corporations are pushing their woke agenda using stockholder funds no doubt to sway public opinion. Yeah, but Mark Suckaturd is definitely a white supremacist, spending all that money to get an old white guy elected to spread his message of hate. Where’s black supremacist Bennie Thompson and the DHS when you need them? Too busy harassing poor souls who took a few selfies at the capitol I suppose.

I don’t find what Zuckerberg did to be the problem.
Where did that money go? Into campaign coffers, or into PACs, or into advertising, or whatever. Basically it went into a propaganda campaign to get low information voters to vote a particular way.
So what.
That’s not the problem.
The problem is that they ARE low information voters.
The problem is that they vote.
The problem is that, regardless of which (of only two) ways they vote, they reinforce a system of government that is utterly corrupt and has failed to do the very things it was created to do, all while doing all sorts of things that it should not, must not, do.
The problem is that the people sheeple influenced by the things Zuckerberg’s money went into, support the government doing things it shouldn’t while utterly ignoring those things it was intended to do.

The problem, in a nutshell, is this:

So you think Joe Biden got more votes than any other president EVER when he ran against arguably the most popular president in recent history? More than Obama when he ran against republican bottom feeders Mitt Romney or John McCain. Do you really believe there are that many retarded people in this country or was it stolen with big tech money? SAY IT!

Find a computer store, buy an A-B switch for your internet / cable line, and when you’ve had enough of her neglecting her wifely duties, simply flip the switch that disconnects the line to your internet and therefore the wifi.
When she bitches about the internet going out again, tell her to take the opportunity to find something a bit more productive to do, and try the internet later.
-Just don’t let her call the cable company or your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to come investigate, or you won’t be getting any “sandwiches” from her for a long time.

Caveat: If she has a smart phone and an unlimited data plan, and you get a good cell signal at your house, then forget everything mentioned above.
Hide her phone and / or tablet when she’s not looking, and blame the dog.

If none of that works, then my condolences. Your only hope is something else that torches the www. in your area.

Interesting premise but so does Josef Bitem but he, like Mark Suckerberg, is as FREE as a bird. Makes sense when you think about it.

The criminal helps another criminal commit a crime but neither will be charged when they act as a judge, jury, and executioner.

Prison would be too kind. He apparently thinks that his opinions dominate other citizens, just because he got lucky with a single product offering. There is no doubt that he broke the law, but he is lucky because our “justice system” is on his side. True justice is unlikely to be served. The best we can hope for is that “the market” destroys him. Let’s hope that he moves into the same category as buggy whip manufacturers.
