You notice no semi auto ban and no hicap magazine ban. Those were certain election killers for either party. By leaving them out they accomplish two things. 1. The extreme left whiners can make noise like they do all the time anyway. 2. They don’t have to deal with asking U.S. Marshals to confiscate anything. The states will handle red flags or not.

I think the admin wanted to make it clear that those three items are not in the proposed bill. That doesn’t mean the House can’t still propose its bill WITH those and probably will, but the bill that passes will not have those three components.
BTW what exactly is the “boyfriend loophole?” And does it apply to same sex boyfriends and trans gender boyfriends? And why is there no “girlfriend loophole?” And if there were would it apply to same sex girlfriends and transgender girlfriends? AND…will the bill have in it proper language and pronouns as prescribed by MSNBC?
