The funeral business is doing great!

Guest Post by Alex Berenson

And not because of Covid.

Don’t take it from me. Take it from the good folks at Service Corporation International, “North America’s leading provider of funeral, cremation, and cemetery services” – handling 450,000 corpses* a year.

(*not their word).

Service Corporation’s earnings boomed in 2020 and 2021, thanks to Covid. Funerals are a solid but slow-growth business, and the trend toward cremations hasn’t helped. But between 2019 and 2021, SCI’s earnings per share more than doubled, from $1.90 to $4.57.

At first, SCI worried that growth was what it called “pull-forward.” In other words, because Covid mostly killed people who were close to death anyway, more deaths in 2020 and 2021 would just mean fewer later.

Lucky for Service Corporation and its investors, pull-forward isn’t turning out to be a problem. Americans are still dying at rates well above normal, even as Covid becomes a minimal part of business this year.

(Death! It’s looking up! From SCI’s May 5 presentation to investors:)

SOURCE

On Wednesday, Service Corporation reported its spring earnings – another banner quarter, with almost $1 billion in sales and $135 million in profits. As Tom Ryan, the company’s chief executive, told investors and Wall Street analysts:

I think that COVID cases on a national basis… it’s just not material to our numbers. So like we tried to point out at investor day, I think we’re experiencing — we’re servicing elevated numbers of consumers. [Or, in English, having more funerals and cremations.]

Ryan went on to offer several potential explanations for the growth in death:

And you’d say, OK, what is that, Tom? Well, we’ve mentioned a little bit, we think there’s still excess deaths. We think we can correlate it with lack of healthcare, people probably drinking too much, smoking too much, driving too fast, depression and access to mental health.

The problem with these explanations… is that none of them make sense. Smoking and obesity take decades to kill, and drinking usually takes a decade or more. Overdoses are way up and traffic accidents are higher too, but not nearly enough to account for the overall rise in deaths.

Delays in health care would likely have only a tiny effect – and it would have likely occurred during the epidemic, not months later, as people suffering heart attacks and strokes refused to go to hospitals for fear of catching Sars-Cov-2.

One telling piece of evidence on this front comes from Australia and New Zealand, which both locked down extremely hard and saw below normal death rates in 2020 and largely normal rates for most of 2021. Yes, locking down nursing homes is terrible for the people inside them and probably contributed to the deaths of residents. But those lockdowns have basically ended now.

Gee, I wonder what could be leading to all the excess non-Covid deaths we’ve suddenly seen in the last 12 months, not just in the United States but all over Western Europe and Australia too? Something definitely changed near the end of 2020, I just wish I could remember what…

Oh well. The mystery continues!

Climate change and structural racism , bruh. It’ll kill us all, if we don’t allow Uncle Schlomoto save us by blocking out the sun and getting rid of Whitey. Its the only way forward…reeeee

“Identifying extreme heat as the “deadliest type of extreme weather,” the letter specifically warned that “structural racism and the resulting social and economic inequities increase the risk of heat stress for Black New Yorkers.” It added that Black New Yorkers are “twice as likely to die from heat as White New Yorkers,” adding that most who die of heat stroke “did not have or use air conditioners and were overcome by heat in their homes.

The get whitey crowd haven’t arched out the consequences of killing off the group that pays for the section 8 housing, ebt and food stamps, sure there’s a lot of non whites who work and pay into the system. But the vast majority of the money comes from whitey.
It’s time we preempt them and go Gault. Let them sit cold and hungry and try to figure out what is happening.

Fuck that noise, man.
White Christian Nationalism is an existential threat to our “democracy”

“Covid 19” was an intelligence test.
If you were injected and wore a mask, you failed the test.

The excess “non-covid” deaths will continue and accelerate. The Fauxci funded gene splicing ghouls in Wuhan spent many years engineering in short, medium, and long term causes of harm and fatality to the shit shot. Deaths and injuries spread out over days to weeks to months to years to decades will allow a false “plausible deniability” for the medical “experts”. A bout with the delta bioweapon and a course of ivermectin has left me with a robust, long lasting natural immunity to the wimpy bioweapon. As a dedicated pureblood, I will likely be needed to help carry the boxes containing those who willingly submitted to the depopulation jab.

This morning, my 81 year old mother called me because she had two episodes of what I suspect were TIAs (transitory ischemic attacks). They each lasted 10 minutes, occured 3 hours apart and consisted of unilateral (only on side of the body) tingling of the foot, leg, arm and hand with inability to move fingers and foot properly. They both resolved without any sequelae and without any intervention.

This occured 5 weeks after presumed Covid illness, but she had never gotten tested and recovered well on the frontline doctors iCare (formerly named iMask) protocol. Unjabbed.

I had recommended aspirin treatment, either low dose/baby aspirin (81 mg) or full dose 325 mg, for at least 1 month, better 3 or even 6 months.

This morning, she sheepishly admitted that she only took 4 baby aspirins and then stopped, because she thought it was overkill and not necessary. I am telling you, there is only one thing worse than children who don’t listen, and that is parents who don’t listen.

I sent her to the hospital immediately today. And, trust me, I do not like any one of my loved ones going to a hospital nowadays for all the things we have discussed here, but TIAs are a medical emergency. She needs imaging of the brain, ruling out of atrial fibrillation as a cause for the TIAs, and then initiation of antiplatelet therapy (in lay-man’s terms “blood thinning”), most likely a combination of Clopidogrel and aspirin for 30 days, followed by life-long low dose aspirin. She is at high risk of developing a stroke in the next 30 days, especially in the next 48 hours, so it will be better if she gets admitted and is monitored there for a few days.

I am writing this to drive home two points:

1) do not dismiss transitory stroke type symptoms of any kind, even if they disappear after minutes (tingling, numbness, weakness of extremities, garbled speech, facial drooping). This constitutes a medical emergency even after the symptoms have subsided. Go to a hospital regardless of the time of day. You are not making a mole hill out of a mountain. I assure you, the radiologist would much rather look at a normal brain MRI on a Saturday afternoon because you came after a TIA and it disappeared, than looking at a stroke MRI on Sunday at 2am.

2) after Covid, even just presumed Covid without testing, you might strongly consider taking aspirin for an extended period of time depending on your age, other risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, etc.), unless you have a reason not to or have contraindications of any kind. Not for children though!

None of this is medical advice, of course. 😉 Ask your doctor (if you can find someone who you can trust). If 100K people read some of these articles here and just a fraction read the comments, maybe I can save one person a stroke with this comment. That would make it worth it.

My mom (she left us at age 92) had a similar experience in her 80’s telling me she couldn’t write her check and was ‘fuzzy’ at the beauty parlor. I can’t remember if her hairdresser called paramedics or exactly what happened that first go round as I wasn’t in their town at that time, what I do know is that when it happened a second time, at the hairdresser, I did a little research and found out the shampoo bowl can restrict the carotid just enough to cause the mini TIA’s she experienced. Her hairdresser adored my mom and ever after padded the sink and was attentive to her fragile neck. I took her for what constituted a vascular work up (this was many, many years ago) and she faithfully took her baby aspirin from that point on. I always thought a stroke would get her, but it never did.

Just as a casual word of advice, anything said or written by a guy named Joshua, Noah or Jonah should be taken with a large grain of salt.
