Death Sentence by Starvation

“You can’t build a peaceful world on empty stomachs and human misery”

(Norman Borlaug)

Trudeau pushes ahead on fertilizer reduction.

The sales pitch by Trudeau is that by cutting nitrous oxide emissions the central planners will save the planet from assured annihilation. Like any ridiculous war, whereby the goal is so broadly defined so as to ensure a never ending and ultimately unwinnable war (see war on “terror” and the war on “hate speech” as prime examples), this one too has a fugazi aspect to it. The target now is “emissions from agricultural sources” and they intend to reduce these 30% by 2030. For agriculture, that means cutting applications of nitrogen fertilizer.

Let me be blunt. The inevitable consequence is mass starvation.

Farmers will find their businesses under intense pressure as they are forced to try to make ends meet while reducing productivity. This will see many fail. But fear not, their land will be purchased by the likes of Bill Gates, Blackrock, and the government via various “collective bodies,” who will, via a complicit media, explain that this is needed “for the good of everyone,” of course. The net result will be a catastrophic decline in the aggregate food supply, and people will starve. We’ll be told that “the old way wasn’t sustainable” and we’ll be offered synthetic lab grown isht that will be referred to incorrectly as food and specifically meat. It is neither and will, like high fructose corn syrup, further weaken and sicken people. A perpetual never ending cycle of dependent, mentally, and physically sick populace reliant on the technocrats for their very survival.

Nitrogen is THE most important nutrient for crops. The invention of synthetic nitrogen is what allowed humanity to grow from a population of under 2 billion to almost 8 billion within a century.

No synthetic nitrogen means no food.

Nitrous oxide (N2O) is generated as part of nitrogen fertilizer. The pointy shoes and their “sanctioned” experts have categorized N2O as an extremely potent greenhouse gas alongside methane. Why N2O and methane? Well, N2O hits directly at ALL crops and methane hits directly at all animals farmed. Every one of them. The hobgoblin of climate change is being used to obtain full and total control over the entire food industry. Quite a feat.

Canada is one of the major agricultural players globally. That means it’s an export powerhouse. But this isn’t possible without nitrogen fertilizer.

Canada produces 8% of the world’s tradable wheat, 10% of tradable barley, and well over 50% of tradable canola.

Cut nitrogen usage by 30%, and you’re not going to simply see a consequent 30% reduction in Canada’s food supply. It doesn’t work like that. Cut 30% nitrogen usage and you have entire farm failures. Imagine any business where, for argument’s sake, your margins are 20% (they’re less in farming) and you see a 30% fall in production or something like that. You go out of business. 100% out of business. Poof! Gone! Some obviously will survive, but the production collapse is some figure north of 30%. And all that’s likely gone from the world market.

Global food insecurity is already rising rapidly.

As we pointed out before COVID we were due a bull market in agricultural prices simply due to the energy component. Now, of course, it’s much, much worse. The world is staring down the barrel of a looming humanitarian catastrophe at a scale unseen since the mid-20th century.

The decision by Canadian and Dutch elites to restrict nitrogen usage is nothing less than a death sentence to millions globally to die of starvation. This self-righteous posturing by Canadian and Dutch WEF shills is about to create untold human suffering.

The only positive out of this situation is that with each subsequent lockdown and disastrous policy initiated the populace will become angrier.

Like every empire before it, this one, too, is likely to succumb under the weight of its own debts.

Also full of those who ARE, but are blind to that fact which is both a fulfillment of prophecy and of justice.

Jacob did his old man dirty when he perpetrated a deception and took advantage of Isaac’s blindness. He pretended to be Esau.

Now Esau pretends to be Jacob and Jacob is the one afflicted by blindness.

Norman Borlaug was pretty much just ‘lets drown dwarf wheat in nitrogen.’ All that happened is that big ag went worldwide and we got a population explosion of the third world. These people set up this situation. The consequences weren’t that hard to imagine.

While cutting back nitrogen will probably be just as disastrous as the author claims, statements like “No synthetic nitrogen means no food” is pure hyperbole. Synthetic nitrogen is responsible for a huge amount of our food, but it never had to be this way.

I would wager that any cutbacks will be aimed at animal agriculture, but I’m curious how that would look.

This talk has been going on for a long time, it was called ‘nitrification’.
Synthetic nitrogen is from around the early 1900s, gradually improved. Dependence came about right after WW2. Fertilizer run-off, especially nitrogen, is a big problem, some nitrogen goes up into the air, most goes into the water ruining water quality. All for cheap food, quite addictive.
Really no difference than crack or meth or alcohol.
In my opinion now is a good time to figure out some alternative, and there are plenty, get in on the ground floor as it is going to happen no matter how much bitching goes on. Your cheap food is going away, deal with it on a personal level or die.
On a side note, check out the homepath (fannie mae) website for foreclosure sales in your area. A whole lot of people are losing the homes they could not afford, looks worse than 2008.

Seems as if the WEFers have given environmentalism a bad name, as evidenced by your downvotes. That should work wonders for their corporate/industrial activities in the future. I find it very interesting that corporate media was all crickets about climate change until 2019, when they rolled out Extinction Rebellion and Greta Thunberg. Just like the covid vaccines, their model is to feign concern and offer a fake solution that is anything but.

I am not a farmer, and I don’t know if nitrogen application and irrigation are timed the same. If I did the math right, converting metric and standard back and forth, and using numbers I found for corn and 2 acre-feet of water… it might work if your water has 4 to 5 times as much nitrate as what is safe for drinking water.

You can apply nitrogen solution directly to crops. You can add nitrogen in other ways – similar to the way you can pipe CO2 underneath crops in greenhouses for higher productivity.
You can plant alfalfa, soybeans, black locust trees, other nitrogen-fixing crops.
But the real point is not nitrogen, carbon dioxide or runoff. It isn’t climate change, greenhouse gases or environmental impact.
It’s POWER – who has it, who can use it, who can deceive those with it into complying with nonsense.
Once enough folks die from the Covaxx poisoning, lose their livelihoods from lockdowns, lose any reason to believe their elites – all this nonsense comes crashing down, with some rather unpleasant side effects like revolutions, assassinations, hunting down the malefactors. Safety will become an illusion for the elites – no peace for the evil, the hunt will continue over decades and across generations.
The survivors will be smarter, tougher, and less gullible – and real sons-of-bitches when wronged. And they will have long memories about what the elites did to them …

They can and do use nitrogen in irrigation, mostly drip irrigation and hydroponics. Nitrogen promotes excessive plant growth, algae included so the emitters on drip lines get clogged and then have to be cleaned by running a herbicide through it. Nitrogen kills/burns the fungi in the soil at the plants root tips or caps that helps the plants pick up nutrients in the soil, making the plant not grow normally. It is why a tomato from a greenhouse never has the taste like one from a backyard garden.
The main point is that one problem is created throwing something out of the GOD made balance and so a solution(revolving around money) to problem has to be done which is just as bad. A good crop yield of corn fed by over nitrogen use that will be used to feed cows or make fuel then kills fish through the runoff.
Stories such as the one above is media controlled, imagine Cargill or Monsanto will come to the rescue.

Thanks. I get all that and have been “accused” of being a “tree hugging liberal” for speaking only what God has given the peeps, heirlooms. I go back at least 20 years with Monsanto. I recall talk of Monsanto destroying India’s wheat crops years ago. Truth or a lie? Evidently India asked Monsanto to get lost, at least what I read, and I’ve read accounts of certain countries in South America telling Monsanto to get lost. Truth or “media” driven lies? Of course the sources, that Mike guy whatever his website for instance, use to read his site some, guess he is a tree hugging liberal freak according to so called “conservatives”. Must only “believe” FAUX News, fair and balanced.

Roundup ready products , the stories of farmers growing God given heirloom corn seed in close proximity to Monsanto GMO grown , Monsanto filing ridiculous lawsuits finding their GMO among farmers’ non GMO and accusing such of “stealing” the GMO. The “Monsanto Police”, snooping around, some of the most sneaky news I’ve ever read. I’ve been all over the “information” for years but in recent years I’ve not kept up with current status and I believe Bayer now owns Monsanto? Some companies get themselves in a bind as in lawsuits accumulating among the common peeps that have been damaged by the GMO then merge or sell the business and I can only assume its as though the lawsuits by the peeps never existed. That is how this particular evil works .

Call me a “tree hugging liberal”, my personal garden improvements include amendments to the soil so the “natural” microbes God made can thrive thus creating a thriving environment for the heirloom seeds. I’m composting a real find almost as good as gold in a huge pile of “free” wood chips dumped by some tree trimming company. One pickup load at a time, I’ve been utilizing the pile for several months. It’s clean quality wood chips. Come next spring the stuff should be mostly compost.

The problem, feeding the masses. A resulting problem, the impact of commercial fertilizing in the Mississippi Delta among others in order to feed the masses.

Speaking of Monsanto, they are buying up farmland too….

Moscow is well aware that any negotiation with those pulling the strings in Washington – and dictating all terms to puppets in Brussels and Kiev – is futile. The fight in Donbass and beyond is a do or die affair.

So the battle will go on, destroying what’s left of Ukraine, just as it destroyed much of Syria. The difference is that economically, much more than in Syria, what’s left of Ukraine will plunge into a black void. Only territory under Russian control will be rebuilt, and that includes, significantly, the bulk of Ukraine’s industrial infrastructure.

What’s left – rump Ukraine – has already been plundered anyway, as Monsanto, Cargill and Dupont have already bagged 17 million hectares of prime, fertile arable land – over half of what Ukraine still possesses. That translates de facto as BlackRock, Blackstone and Vanguard, top agro-business shareholders, owning whatever lands that really matter in non-sovereign Ukraine.

It is the communist that took over the words ‘liberal’ or ‘environmentalist’ to put a negative take on it.
What conservative would not want to ‘conserve’ the things an Almighty God created for us? Hey, I like clean water and non-polluted air. I enjoy walking out at night and looking up into the heavens and seeing the planets and stars without a bunch of light pollution, and waking in the morning to the sound of birds singing. During the day to see a blue sky not marred with chem-trails. Only an idiot with a closed mind wants to trash and destroy these things, and they are only destroying themselves in the process. Sowing and reaping in a negative way.
So if that makes me a tree hugging liberal so be it.

You don’t use herbicide in your drip systems as it is toxic to the plants, I’ve been using drip since it first went prime time in the USA. We had water wells back in the 70s and we would have a tiny little pump inject Chlorine ( less than is used in municipal water ) and takes care of the algae, as for commercial nitrogen I’ve been growing tomatoes for over 40 years and the taste is great, its not the method as much as the variety as commercial growers grow for shelf life and not for taste and that goes for a lot of crops like strawberries, sweetcorn, and melons etc.

Chlorine is still a herbicide, it will burn or kill a plant, but I know what you are talking about using in minute amounts. I’m sure you do things in a responsible manner, but I’ve seen whole rows of lettuce four or five hundred feet long and four feet wide burned up out in California from whatever they put in the drip lines. They do not care as they have acres upon acres growing. That whole system of growing is so wasteful of plastic, drip lines, all the fungicides, for a bag of $4 lettuce. The water used alone is unbelievable, not to mention the labor of illegals.
Many people do not know that the first gas attacks in WW1 were just opening up canisters of chlorine and letting the wind blow it towards the other side.

The fact is, far too many people live life consuming more from the planet than they give back.
The ancient wisdom instructs humans to cultivate and care for the earth.
The bible says repeatedly the assignment of man is to “cultivate the earth and have in subjection” the creatures on land and sea.

I have yet to see this main theme of ancient widsom being accomplished by any group claiming to be spiritual.
The strangest part of this is the disconnect between materialism and the material world.
The material world needs our attention and effort, but the materialist world exalts posessions over service.
As long as people consume more than they actually need, the imbalance will continue to grow.
Eventually, our activities could create a massive electromagnetic imbalance with the solar system and universe.
That is when a solar system reset would inevitably occur.
It could be a reshuffling of planets, or even a switch to one (or both) the gas giant planets, igniting as the second sun, as the current sun reverts to a gas gisnt. Following will be millenia of disruptions and catastrophes on all planets until all settle into their new orbit paths.
Any doubts?
Where did I get such ideas?
