The UPS driver is weak sauce imo. If this is “the leading cause of death” as asserted in the beginning of the article, why use a video that can be easily explained away as heat exhaustion?

So Greg Reese gives us this interesting collection of security camera footage, in Asian places obviously, of people having strange seizure attacks.
It looks like they are having similar massive cerebral vascular accidents (strokes) in a particular hemisphere, causing them to respond in the same way: Looking to the right, right arm going up, and spinning around toward the right until they collapse.
