Nukes aren’t that powerful. Even a particularly nasty nuclear war would have survivors. Most likely, the west doesn’t even have enough fire power to end Russia.
The west is also unlikely to respond to a nuclear war by attacking unrelated third parties, aka, China. As Putin’s alignment is closer to China than the west, throwing the win to China is a perfectly valid strategy.
This also means his bargaining position is far superior to the west’s in any nuclear conflict. I’m actually pretty sure that the west’s posture is a bluff, Russia should be able to win instantly just by promising to go nuclear.
The problem with these sorts of debates is, so long as Putin is unwilling to use his real military, this entire war is a show fight. It’s impossible to actually give meaningful advice because the military solution is to continuously escalate, until you win. Unfortunately, war is profitable to politicians, Putin included. I’m fairly certain that he doesn’t actually want to win. Losing, is of course, unacceptable, but the war itself is popular and makes him look good. Biden is in the same position. Zelensky is in the same position. In the end, my serious answer, is that Putin and Biden and Zelensky should get together in a back room and agree on a stable show war that will last until the peasants grow bored, and even then, will never officially end.
While I don’t expect the people involved to literally do as such, I do expect them to play complicated signalling games so as to communicate the essence thereof without actually admitting to themselves that that’s what they’re doing. Whenever either side starts to lose, they can just add in a few more resources to the fight, there’s plenty available.

I would say nothing. Unless Putin himself asking me, otherwise a nobody whose words carry no weight shouldn’t waste his breath.
I would issue a real currency backed in gold with a convertible cryptocurrency tradeable by all. That would end Uncle Scam’s seigniorage, his (nato’s) war-making ability, and would cause little hats to explode worldwide.
I would also state, quite clearly, that at the first use of a weapon of mass destruction within the Russian Federation, or any of its territory Israel will cease to exist.
