lol. Live far enough out in the country, kittens and puppies show up magically at your front door. My neighbor is being over-run with kittens. I was in need of a few more barn cats (down to one) and had a different neighbor deliver 3 kittens yesterday afternoon. She couldn’t get here fast enough after I said that I’d take them.
My house is about a mile from the paved road, so the drop-offs don’t wander this far in.
They are so dang cute, especially around 4-6 weeks old, aren’t they?
These are purebred hypoallergenic Siberian kittens. I recommend indoor only, because they would be a rather expensive meal for a hawk. 😉
For a number of years, one of my barn cats was a pure Siamese. (Can you say that without being a bigot or a racist??) The cat had litterbox issues and the owner was being relocated by the US Army and they didn’t want to take the cat, but didn’t want to put her down, either. She had a long and mostly happy existence here.

The Brits spell some of the same English words differently than we do even today. I have a facsimile edition of the Noah Webster 1828 dictionary. It’s quite enlightening to read what words really mean.
