OK,off track but do not know how I missed this great song late last year.

Tis “Patient Number Nine” by Ozzy.

I love Sabbath and like a few Ozzy tunes but that grandfather of metal really knocked one out of the park last year(despite a slew of health issues).

This is a song(yet again from Oz)about insanity!

I see the mental asylum as the world and the pills he spits out the evil folks with ill intent are trying to shove down our throats, that if we swallow them we become ourselves evil.

I will say the smoking lead guitar overlaying the acoustic is none other then the legendary Jeff Beck(RIP),some of his last recordings.

Give this song a listen, think folks will like it!

All Prepper Cat has to say is”Fucking Epic!”.

Hey James

Seem to recall that you are a contractor. I might have a question about construction of decks and stone patios. I am about to embark on a pretty ambitious project.

Great first song. Horrible second song. MTV overplaying stuff really ruins it.

I have seen them in one form or another thru the decades over a 100 times.

I can’t hear the lyrics without thinking they wrote Aqualung about Clueless Joe Biden.

Every time i see some goober wearing a pink floyd shirt, I make sure to compliment their support for lgbtq+ pride.

Hippies are fucking wack. Me and my homies harass em on sight, to their faggit faces, every time.

I hate hippes. There have been few things as harmful to American society as your tolerant hippie bullshit. I hate the homeless too lol.

Dude. weeeeddd man.

Peace and love maaaan.

Well, then you will hate me as I consider meself a “hippy’,am all for peace/love ect.

That said,consider meself a “brush hippy”/love the outdoors/me 4×4’s/me firearms/bows/crossbows.

Again,am peaceful unless folks fuck with me/family/friends/especially me pets ect.,then violence is me final albeit ugly solution.

So,you and your homies more then welcome come to harass me and mine, hospital will be the best possible ending for you (and that means I fucked up).

He was actually a dick! Saw him at the hotel after the 92 Lollapalooza in Mansfield Mass. One of my buddies asked him to sign an autograph for me. He replied “I’m not into idolatry” and walked off. Of course, memories may be fuzzy for various reasons…

Leah, I should note that Avalon collaborated w/ me on this edition.
She added some great tunes to the list, and did the lion’s share of work, of putting together the YT vids. She’s the star, when it comes to TT.
The Hollies, George Strait, Faith Hill, and Moody Blues were fantastic adds that came from Av.

The “Breathe” them only came about, one day as I was road tripping,
and the old school iPod playlist was working through the Bxxx song titles at the time.
I can’t believe I missed a few good ones, such as Creed’s One Last Breath, which has a great guitar intro. Hat tip: to Booger for that one.

But, much like FF, TT is enhanced when the comments flow in.
Other minds can sometimes point us to go down paths of discovery we might otherwise would have been kept obscure. Such as your contribution here, so, hat tip to you, and others who chime in.

Liberty, no offense, but music will always have disagreement on what is a good song, and what is a horrible song.
I’ve learned the hard way, that not everyone shares our own bias about a given selection. My playlists get rejected at many group gatherings.

Example: The Toni Braxton addition isn’t to my liking, but it’s not about me and my tastes in music.
The Metric tune and the Breaking Benjamin tune are a couple of my faves, but I certainly don’t expect everyone to agree or like them.

It’s about the theme of a particular Tuesday edition.
Comments & adds ought to stay on topic, IMHO, but, that’s a suggestion that routinely gets ignored on Platform posts.
No biggie. Just roll with it, is my motto.

I’ve recently found GREAT tunes, formerly unknown by my ears and tastes, courtesy of comments and contributions.
Two by The Killers come to mind, courtesy of Avalon.
“Just Another Girl”, and “Human”, which she presented on a TT about 6 months ago.

I like how TT has become a regular feature, much like FF and Sunday Morning Classical. The Mozart fanatic in me helped launch that, and a scant few around here are aware of that.

Thanks to all who participate and enjoy.
Music always has, and always will be a common ground tie that binds people of sound mind together.

As for genres, I can hang with almost all, with the exception of
gangsta rap, which is not music, in my opinion.
The forerunner to rap, was a tune I found in my early youth, though, and it’s still a favorite, as it brings me great memories.
To wit, “Ball of Confusion”.

Peace / Out

I like that: “from my softer side”… & can relate.
In this one below, the lyrics…
“tell your heart to beat again. Close your eyes & BREATHE it in…”

Good melodies & lyrics, and apropos, for someone trying to get back up, after experiencing being knocked back on their ass, or feeling down.
It smacks of noble traits like Encouragement, Inspiration, and Faith. Helping others w/ suggestion…and finding Grace.
