Many years ago, there was an article at The Market Oracle a UK website that posts economic articles. On any given topic, there could be several, often competing, points of view. The article was not so much an article, but a visual of the interconnected Rothschild financial group, about 150 in number. What was not listed was what those 150 owned, other than “interests” in the other financial subsidiaries. The question is not what do Blackrock and Vanguard own, rather who controls them. Control is not necessarily majority ownership. There are partnerships where a company will take a minority share, providing it is the managing partner. With the Rothschilds, a dozen years ago, having 150 financial companies, it is not inconceivable that they not only control, but have majority (or complete) ownership of these companies.
As for the “fascism” aspect, the real fascists actually held corporations to account and were opposed to usury. The legislated and enforced high employment standards for workers. Life actually improved for them. It is an insult to fascists to be compared with the corporate scum that are in control today.
