Sucked now and then. The 90’s was the garbage can of music after they realized everything else good had been played.

Reality generally, and pop music particularly, is not divided into decades, presidents, arbitrarily named generations, etc.

“The passage of my life is measured out in shirts.” ~ Brian Eno

And it’s always inaccurate to paint in broad strokes. If any pop music is worth listening to, certainly the Nineties has some. And everything has roots in whatever precedes it. The Universe is an eternal remix of itself.

Too bad she had to ruin them with the bullshit ancient belief system pics . Like the firmament really has a vaulted ceiling and flood gates bro. Like if you sail too far out you might fall off the earth man! Pfft. Goddamn is our species really this fucking retarded? I guess so. Guess the angry murderous sky god might get mad at me if I don’t shut up. But shit I can’t cause like hey God why don’t you go after the murderers , child rapists, and grand larcenists in our midst. Or those destroying your crearion and people if you are real yo? If you won’t judge or kill them? Then I have little to worry about right? Fuck you all, fair is fair right. Time for all my seething anger and rage to vent. Starting with these retared ass beliefs holding Americans back! These are lyrics that are deep. A fuck you to the vanities of women, and pornography of southern California . So glad younger generations are listening now. But seriously, this is stupid and not news. Stop rrading into the lyrics. Before I vomit! Now if you all could find George Caelin we’d really be set.

Try ” Blood – Sugar – Sex – Magic ” lyrics.

Stars admit drinking blood. Deals with the devil for fame. Spirit cooking. They had more than just a passing knowledge of the weird scenes inside the gold mine.

VigilantCitizen.com = Holly wood symbolism decoded.
Merlins magic wand was said to be made of ” holly ” wood.

The Vigilant Citizen – Symbols Rule the World

In the late Seventies in my teens I hitchhiked all around, coast to coast, and remember a traffic sign in Cali upon which was graffitied “Califagnia”. That was my experience, too, although also with cities, generally. L.A. was worse than San Fran, even, in a sense, as SF was mellower – except for the Tenderloin, but the hetero whores were rather forward there, as well.

There was a cheesy movie in the 90’s called ” Warlock.” The bad warlock fights a ‘ good ‘ warlock for a sacred text that contains the unspoken name of GOD. The plan is to say the name backwards to UNmake all of creation. Chaos. Destruction. Backwardation. Retrograde Renegade.

Un make ? UN do ? UN create ? What do we call United Nations for shorthand ?

U. N. – un-prefix , get it yet ? Want proof ?

“The environmental crisis is the cornerstone for the New World Order” Maurice strong ( U.N. environmental leader ) was quoted as saying, ” Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?”

The lyrics aren’t that deep or insightful. Nothing that’s happening these days is new. Just everybody’s understanding of it has changed and we notice it more easily. The woman who made the tiktok video looks young and probably doesn’t remember/know how vapid and shallow the culture was back then.

Poetry has long been called the language of the Gods. Even crappy music like this is a form of poetry, and may give one an insight into the human condition and maybe even God.

Born there, happy to have grown up in the 60s-80s there (when it was still nice), but also VERY, VERY happy to have left, never to return. Dad died there in the 70s, got mom out and her house sold 8 years ago, wife still has some kin there but they are part of the problem…so…
