I actually thought of this also. I have a super prime credit score and wonder if I wouldn’t be better off running up all my CC’s buying gold silver and what else. I’m not sure what’s going to happen but there may be some fantastic deals coming for people with good credit. I got the $600 stimy check while my ex dumbass son-in-law who was a rent a cop when he got laid off. He was pulling in around 3 grand a month in UE benefits.

To get back to affordability one of 3 things or a combination of these 3 need to happen…
1. Incomes rise 68%
2. Interest rates drop 4.4%
3. House prices drop 38%.
Will any of those happen? I don’t think so.

So the Stephen Moore policy is artificially low interest rates, effectively negative when you account for inflation, instead of interest rates that are at least somewhat reflecting reality now. Do I have that right?

Biden is claiming in the most recent quarterly employment report that HE (what a joke) created around 1.25 million new jobs. Numbers show only 190 more people working than the previous report. The dissection shows hundreds of thousands of people lost full time jobs and took a couple of these new “Biden Jobs” which are part time jobs. This will also mean a large bump in Medicaid since benefits disappear with the disappearance of these full time jobs.
The Rag fuques including lots of illegals rioting in NY today and occupied the Black Rock building. That ought to help a lot. These Rag fuques are smart. They know the real damage is done attacking the Oligarchs instead of marching in front of a court house. MAGA needs to pay attention. Of course unlike the Rag trash we have to figure out how to deal with the three letters who won’t be persecuting them, unlike the guy leading them around the woodlands of NJ for being in DC 1//6/21.
